FULL RECIPE
BUFFALO WINGS + RANCH SAUCE
Wings
24 chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Ranch Sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Dash hot sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk (as needed for desired consistency)
Buffalo Sauce
500 ml hot sauce
125 ml butter
Preparation
Add the wings to a mixing bowl, add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the wings on a cooking rack and cook for 20-25 minutes in an oven set on 500F. Flip the wings and keep cooking for an another 20 minutes or until the wings are nice, golden and crispy.
For the ranch sauce, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside in the fridge.
Bring the hot sauce to a simmer, add the butter, mix well.
Combine the Buffalo sauce with the cooked wings.
Serve immediately with a generous bowl of ranch sauce.
