You can change the products and their quantity according to your taste preferences.
- Chicken leg lower - 1 kg.
- Potatoes of the same size - 4-5 pcs.
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes - 8-10 pcs.
- Mix of salads - 300 g.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Salt - 2-3 tsp.
- Red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Dried oregano - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - 6-7 tbsp.
First we prepare the sauce for the thighs!
- In a small bowl, mix salt, ground black pepper, red pepper, 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, the finely chopped and crushed clove of garlic and lemon juice to taste. Mix well the sauce for the thighs.
- We place the legs on the table and make slits on one side. After that, we spread the legs well on both sides with the sauce and put them in a deep bowl covered with household foil for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Keep some of the sauce for one more basting on the thighs!
- Cut the potatoes into two equal parts and sprinkle them with salt to taste, dried oregano to taste and sunflower oil. Mix the potatoes well.
- In a baking tray covered with baking paper, arrange the potatoes with the flat side down. On the upper part, stick 3-4 toothpicks into each potato.
- On the toothpicks, we fasten the legs nicely as shown in the video.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Then we take out the legs and spread them again with the sauce we left. Return the thighs to the oven.
Bake until the legs are ready and the potatoes until ready - about 30-40 minutes. The time depends on the variety and size of the potatoes.
During this time, we prepare a side salad by adding cherry tomatoes cut in two to the salad mix and seasoning with salt to taste, lemon juice to taste and sunflower oil.
We take out the juicy thighs and serve with potatoes and salad.
