So that’s what a wonton noodle soup should look like the ones that I get are always just the soup and maybe two pieces of wonton wrappings no meat at all😂

wonton noodles soup normally is chicken soup and plus few pieces of wonton. wonton hong kong style might be with prawn inside or minced pork. no meat one stop visit the restaurant 😏

I used to order( my mom) this dish as a kid growing up in Hawaii in the 60's. I remember it being called won ton min. I tried asking many chinese restaurants in my new adopted state if they could make it for me. None know what I'm talking about.

Interesting technique, although I thought a fundamental step was to use the starch water from boiling noodles as a base for the soup and cooking the vegetables?

So cook the wontons for 4-5 min, fresh. But what about frozen?? My husband makes them, then freezes them. We never remember how long to boil them for after lol

I love the father and he truly has skills but when you watch the complete videos all the son is involved in is asking for something. It changes the purity of what the father is meant to be doing. I wish the dad had his own thing. I love learning from him.
