RESULTS: Listened to it a couple times yesterday and he unblocked me two hours later and began a conversation with me himself. He was crying and apologising, saying he wanted me back and didn’t realise how happy I’d made him until he lost me. He even sent a text to my mom apologising for hurting her little girl. All he could think about was me the entire time we were NC (he told me). Personal experience- This really works and you just have to be patient. Along with other healthy changes Ive made for myself, listening to this and feeling grateful for what you have (or will have) will make it work faster.
