It feels good to be loved that much... I promise, but as it turns out, when someone is " overboard" like that, they usually have really bad issues, and lack self control... It's all good at first for a bit but then it gets old very quick When folks have to concentrate and people have to go to work and people and have papers to do and other things they need to attend to in their life And then you find out that person does not want you to They want you to just sit right down and pay attention to them like I'm not kidding like all day So be very careful with people who show signs of obsessive love And it makes me sad because it's hard to find that perfect balance Yes we want people to be attentive to us and show that respect That they are very interested in that we are priority that's Wonderful But it can go really overboard demanding that you meet their needs 24/7 And then they're waking you up all night long and you can't get an ounce of sleep you're sleep deprived And this goes on for years Then when you try to go to work there texting you at work all day You can't concentrate on anything and then everything you try to enjoy a cup of coffee or a muffin or Anything just normal stuff On the way to work if you do it without them they are jealous they're upset Then they want to punish you or act out This is co-dependency, and it's very toxic Looks cute and feels good at first Feels like love It's a nightmare!!!! It actually turns out to be a very very insecure person, who will keep secrets and who will secretly hate on you And they are so desperate not to be alone That when your back is turned they will be trying to talk to other people and get with other people So you better make sure you could be there 24/7 And not really have any other life or enjoyments And that's really just not healthy I'm talkin they even want you to hurry up and get out of the shower don't even want you to take a nap They want all your attention around the clock to serve them Entertain them... Okay this overboard description Is of a narcissistic person Who is extremely co-dependent on others and wants to take control of someone out of fear When they start liking or loving people it makes them feel out of control and too vulnerable And so to ease that anxiety Because they know it's kind of shameful to feel that way Don't want to take total control over someone else They will act out and do all sorts of things so just beware of people like that I had to live with it for many years.. Just make sure to get to know the person really well and their background Before you allow them to close in your life Make sure they have a balance That they can love you and they can also let you free With trust and happiness for you That they are happy for you to enjoy the things that make you happy...
