食譜 Recipe:
10安士oz(285克g)
雞脾 chicken leg
13安士oz(370克g)
杏鮑菇 King oyster mushroom
2片薑/2 slices of ginger
1 湯匙 Tbsp
廚用酒 cooking wine
3瓣蒜頭
3 cloves of garlic
3隻小甜椒(可用辣椒)
3 pc. mini pepper (you can use chili)
6安士oz(171克g)
青瓜 cucumber
芝麻醬 Sesame sauce:
4湯匙Tbsp 芝麻醬sesame sauce
2湯匙Tbsp 蠔油 oyster sauce
1湯匙Tbsp 生抽 soy sauce
適量胡椒粉 some white pepper
攪拌均勻/ stir well
試味然後加糖和大約2湯匙飲用水
Taste then adjust sugar
and add about 2 Tbsp drinking water
攪拌均勻/Stir well
加一些蒜油
Add some garlic oil
