麻醬手撕雞 Hand-Shredded Chicken with Sesame Sauce **字幕 CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
雞胸肉 300克
青瓜 1/2 條
薑、蔥 適量
芝麻醬 4湯匙
花生醬 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
紹興酒 1湯匙
鹽、芝麻油、炒芝麻 適量
🟢步驟:
1️⃣燒滾一鍋水,放入雞胸肉、1片薑、蔥、1湯匙紹興酒,水再次滾起蓋上鍋蓋熄火浸20分鐘。
2️⃣4湯匙芝麻醬加入1湯匙花生醬、1茶匙糖、1/2茶匙鹽、1茶匙生抽拌勻,分多次加入1茶匙涼開水至濃稠度理想為止,最後加入芝麻油拌勻成為麻醬。
3️⃣ 青瓜切絲,雞胸肉撕成條狀,淋入麻醬,撒上炒芝麻即可。
🟢 Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 300g
Cucumber - 1/2 piece
Ginger - as needed
Spring onions - as needed
Sesame Paste - 4 tablespoons
Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Shaoxing Wine - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as needed
Sesame Oil - as needed
Fried Sesame Seeds - as needed
🟢Cooking directions:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the chicken breast, 1 slice of ginger, some spring onions, and 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine. Once the water boils again, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the chicken sit in the hot water for 20 minutes.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp of sesame paste, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of soy sauce. Gradually add 1 tsp of water while stirring until the mixture reaches your desired thickness. Finally, add some sesame oil and mix well to make the sesame sauce.
3️⃣ Cut the cucumber into thin strips, tear the chicken breast into strips, and drizzle with the sesame sauce. Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and serve.

呢便肉貴,呢個餸可以用最平的南美火雞胸,十幾蚊磚頭咁大件,撈了麻醬麻油就唔太嚡! 夏天得閒拆好肉放雪櫃,切點青瓜,懶嘅用日式麻醬,讚讚謝謝!

I encourage you to make it. I had this dish at a good Cantonese restaurant in Vancouver, Canada, and have been missing it ever since. In my opinion, the dish is best when served slightly chilled, as an appetizer in a multi-course meal.

OE, thank you very much for making this dish...so simple and yet very delicious 👍👏! This is actually much closer to what I think of as "bon bon chicken" (and had at a restaurant in Vancouver, Canada) than the Sichuan version that you uploaded one week ago. The only thing that I would do differently in the execution of this recipe is to toss thoroughly all the shredded chicken with the sauce in a separate bowl (as one would a salad), instead of ladling the sauce on top. Doing so would ensure the even distribution of flavor in the dish. Again, please stay healthy and safe 🙏! 🇺🇸🗽

This is not "bon bon chicken". I know many foreign countries make the chicken dish mix with various ways. I will know the name (or method) if I taste it in Vancouver restaurant😂 All the best❤️🌹🌹
