You always motivate me and my 4 year old to clean, I love it. I’m most proud of the way I’m managing two kids, school, getting chores done and most of all that I have stood up for myself and my family time that was really taking my peace, my sanity and my family away. I no longer put others first I put myself and my family. My partners family have been taking our family time away for the past four years. Not once did we have a single weekend alone or did anything as a family without them and I said that’s it and I leant to them them “NO DONT COME OVER WE ARE BUSY” it has changed my life for better. My girls finally have mommy and daddy and I am loving knowing what my own family time feels like 💛❤️‍🩹

Im trying to get into the Christmas mood and using your videos of Christmases past to get me there. See my mom passed away last year unexpectedly, I talked to her the night before even and she was gone by morning. I simply did nothing like last Christmas. I juat couldn't. The first holidays wirhout my momma and thinking back to how she made it all so much fun for my sister and I. It isnt any easier this year and I know it never will be. I am going to try and decorate a bit this year. Hardest part is things are never going to be the same and it hurts so much. I have to find happiness and I am starting with the things that brought her so much joy at this time of the year, the little things truly do mean the most. Im thinking of putting up blue bulbs on the tree as that was my mommas favorite color. Start there and see where it leads me. I have a reaon more to get decorations up, my son has a new girlfriend and she has a 2 year old daughter whose father walked out on her.They are my family and have been so supportive of me while I struggle with grief and finding my way again. This video reminds me of all the love and good times we had, thank you for sharing these precious moments with us all here. God bless! ❤

Love these cleaning marathons, especially the Christmas ones. We always had wrapped gifts under the tree & Santa gift were left around the tree unwrapped. Favorite Christmas song is O Holy Night. Most proud of my family & the kind, responsible, respectful children we raised. Love the red striped pj’s. Reminds me of something in a Hallmark movie. Hi Jamie!! I just love watching your videos!!! This time of year is really special for me for many reasons.I adopted my youngest daughter at this time of year. I went through similar processes but was unfortunately not able to carry to term after my first 2 children. Since I was not able to have anymore children. I also share a fondness for the song “all I want for Christmas is you” for a similar reason. I met my second husband around this time of year. My two favorite Christmas songs are “where are you Christmas” by faith hill and “I’ll be home for Christmas” especially with all my older step kids coming home for the holidays. They just make me feel so much love and joy when I hear them. They really make me think of how lucky I am to be where I am and have my family. Although my family isn’t exactly what I expected I have the large family I always dreamed of with 7 kids wonderfully special kids.

My favorite Christmas song is "Christmas Shoes" by Newsong. It reminds me of the time my late grandmother gave a homeless lady new outfits and shoes to start her new job at the hospital that my grandmother worked at. The lady was in tears and kept telling me what an angel my grandmother was.

I love the long marathon videos! I actually came here to try to get motivated to clean my house & finish decorating for Christmas. It’s been a little harder to find motivation this year. Hi Jamie, Thank you for the long video... I love them❤. I always think of you as a friend, and I even tell my grandsons when I talk about you. I say, "Jamie, my friend," and then whatever I'm talking about cleaning, organizing, etc. It's nice to have a friend here. Wow, looking back, when all 3 of the girls were so little, and also seeing Reese was great and this let's us know how quickly time flies. In a good way, though😊. My all-time favorite Christmas song is "Away in a Manger." I have loved it since I was little (now 67), and I still love it. I also love "Christmas in Dixie." I love these look back videos before I joined you, OMG! The kids are beautiful now but such super cuties back then. At school we always let the kids decorate the classroom tree. They also made ornaments and took them home before Christmas. And yes they would put a bunch of ornaments on one branch. Ha only the fridge gets pulled out a lot to clean under because it cooperates. Usually only move the washer and dryer to paint, repair or getting new ones. I love my steamer, have the same one. I have an ornament on my tree for my first child who was born still. Emily would be 39 now.😔 As sad as our losses are we are blessed to have our children. I tease my children she was probably the good one. Thank you so much for this super long video. I learned so much about you. I’d almost forgotten what your last house looked like. Still have your Sunday video to watch.

My youngest son sang Holly Jolly Christmas at his elementary school concert one year. His sweet little self sang that song as he went about his days for weeks. He's 17 now but every time I hear that song it reminds me of that, so it will always be my favorite ❤

This video made me nostalgic, Jamie! ❤😢 It's so like bittersweet to see your girls when they were younger. At Christmastime it somehow makes everything more emotional. 💕 Doesn't it? And to see your last house is nostalgic too, even though it wasn't even a year ago that you moved. Time is a fickle friend and foe. It's also incredibly precious. Even to remember how some of your cleaning practices and products have changed. It's funny how it seems normal going forward but looking back at how things used to be is like, "wow remember that?" There are so many good Christmas songs but I think my favourite is Winter Wonderland. There are few good versions but I think the most classic one might be with Frank Sinatra's voice.
