Looks nice. I will be trying this. I think if you make cuts in reverse order 5, 4, 3, 2 then the last cut would be long enough to hold with right hand safely and have less waste.

I subscribed after seeing this video. I looked at your past video selections and you actually do projects and how to videos rather than be a tool salesman. Great channel.

Hi Ronnie. Me again! Made one of these and its great. Did a four tier one but ea part not as tall. The bevel cut makes all the difference, as u say. Then, did a maxed out Xmas tree. Can send pics but dunno how to attach in comments.....? Paul

I think a bevel on the front face of each limb would be sweet.

I have a question with these ? I'm using reclaimed wood so would you say it would be best to sand them all before cutting please?

Just depends on the look you are going for. Give it a shot. You never know until you try.

What red and green candles did you use? I can’t find any with white led bulbs. I can only find them with the red and green bulbs.

from a safety point of view, would cutting the top then switching to the others doing it small to large make the cuts safer? someone else seemed to think the same but has anyone tried to see if it is?

Do you use the measurements with tape while you're saw is at a 90 degree
@RonniesWorkshop
@RonniesWorkshop 10 месяцев назад
I’m not sure what you’re asking. Can you explain more?
@scottglesmer137
@scottglesmer137 10 месяцев назад
Do you measure for the boards with the tape at a 90 degree or when you set your saw at a bevel and at the 31.6 degree
@RonniesWorkshop
@RonniesWorkshop 10 месяцев назад
I measure on the board itself then place the cut board on the saw lined up with the blade and then place the tape on the fence where the end of the board is. Hope that makes sense.
