I've been watching your videos since at least 2020 and have gotten to watching your channel-versary videos this summer for some reason, just stumbled upon one of them and decided to watch the rest and then this one as soon as I saw it was out. One thing I really needed to hear that you bring up every time you talk about how you got started is essentially how you would be doing everything for everyone, even before anyone else got the chance to do it. And I realized I do that as well. I've been overworking myself to the bone even though no one is asking me to work that hard and I know even if I work less hard, I can still do it well. This mostly applies to my current job where I would do everything 150% and then get pissed off at my co-workers for not working as hard as me. But after watching your videos I started thinking, but are they doing their job and doing it well even though they don't do it as fast as me? Yes. Have there been any negative consequences for them for not working this hard? Only me being unnecessarily pissed at them. So, I've learned to relax a bit and lo-and-behold everything is okay, we get the job done, and no one is pissed.
