@@Pimpsteen1974 Classical voice technique, it means "Beautiful Singing" in Italian. But do not let the name fool you. Its simple techniques can be applied to any musical style.

@@Pimpsteen1974 Yes I am a singer. Trained in Belcanto since I was 13. (I'm 45 now.) Yes, there are simple effective exercises. Do them in the presence of a good teacher who can spot train you like a personal trainer does in the gym. There are a lot of armchair "vocal coaches" on You Tube who do far more harm than good.

If you heard him at MusiCares & at the Jimmy Buffett tribute you know he CAN sing. Orders of magnitude better than 2022. He did a podcast with the father of his son Jesse's fiance where he goes into detail about his latest surgery & what the problem was. I don't know enough about such things to know how long vocal rehab will take. The Forever album, what I've heard, sounds good, but alot can be done in a studio. If there is a tour, I'm guessing it won't be until next year. About Richie, I can't say. Haven't heard anything recently.

I think it's way beyond & far past the time that it's obvious the sound is lacking for the simplicity is richie sambora is a crucial element of the sound of Bonjovi meaning the sound of his guitar as well as his voice when him and Jon bon jovi sing and theirs a defining sound when they write songs together. And in light of the previous album when richie has been absent in my opinion the album 2020 is not as high up on the bar level as of 11 years ago.

My sister went to see one of the greatest R&B singers a few weeks ago. She sent me a video. I was shocked and disappointed at how bad his voice was. At some point you have to hang it up.

He had range but range changes with age especially live ,living om a prayer has major high notes and key changes ,same with in these arms,save the world from crush ,these days ,live its hard to duplicate because in the studio it's more produced and take after take ,can't do that live ,plus in studio you stand stil
