I am glad Monifa and her daughter can agree to disagree but still have respect and love for one another. I agree with her daughter but appreciate how she still loves how she loves her mother but can still stand her ground with grace and respect for her mother and vice versa.

I really respected Monifah’s daughter standing on her beliefs with homosexuality. It’s not an easy thing to do, because you’re easily deemed as a certain way when people hear your beliefs on it. Even if they had been getting along with you so well up unto the point they found out. But I also really respect Monifah for not making her daughter feel bad about what she believed and respecting her stance. This is how it should always be. Yes I've read her story. The clip was ripe with insanity. You could clearly see from the show it wouldn't end well and it didn't. You can't live peaceably in that kind of situation, neither of them can, so yes..it's sad for them.
This whole time we thought it was him being controlling but she was not her vulnerability turned into insecurities and produced more kids because of the abandonment issues...I don't think she knows she likes having a big family because kids produce unconditional love and can never leave. If she doesn't address it the situation will occur for the rest of her life. She will forever be playing this game of insecurity and switching out the pieces on the board.

From the outside looking in, it appears that KeKe suffered traumas that cultivated a deep brokenness. As a result, she developed insecurities that completely consumed her and caused her to jeopardize even the most sacred relationships in her life. I noticed how she lacked not only trust, but also basic decency and respect for the husband, father, and man of God that Michael was. I pray for her healing and that they both find the peace and love that they desire.
