some people put trash in their purse to throw away when they get home. some people put FOOD in their purse. sometimes people shove so much shit in there that just a lot of debris happens to come with it. if you don't routinely clean it out, this happens

It might have some years on it. I would say that purse is about 5 years from when they bought it.

The shape can only be fixed if he unstitched the whole bag and substituted the bag shaper insider (chanel bags have a very thick cardboard "skeleton" that gives them their distinctive shape). I suppose the owner only wanted a deep cleaning.
