Tim is friends with Peter Hollens and collabs with him. Peter is a master of layering the human voice in very creative ways. This was all layers of Tim.
SO GOOD! Love that Tim's bringing back doo-wop 🥰 (Now we know what a 5-octave range really sounds like❣️) And to think he might have gone into dentistry or teaching and we would've missed out on his musical genius 🤯 This is so unbelievably fabulous! I only wish this video didn't fade out before he hits that final high note! I really want to hear his incredible finale to this gorgeous arrangement! ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️
Tim is a rare talent. This is from his doo-wop album "Pieces of Me," where he does all of the parts. He has astounding vocal agility in all of his registers. It's not every day you hear a basso profundo who can do clean runs in falsetto, head voice, chest voice, all of it. Doesn't matter if it's down in the depths of hell or up in the heavens, he can do all of it and do all of it WELL. My favorite example of him showing off all of these skills is in his audio recording of "I Can't Help Falling In Love with You," literally the only cover of the Elvis classic that takes my breath away. Thanks for reacting to this!
What a wonderfully detailed comment. You gave clarity to what I couldnt find the words to say. Happy u loved this. Since Philly and I wanna "take your breath away", your mention of his audio song will be coming very soon now. Thanks for ur support. Hope u subscribed now, Dani? 😏. ~ Tazzz ~
This is why I love Tim and Geoff. Their range and their clones. Can be their own group singing all the parts. So nice of these young men to sing these old songs.
It’s all Tim. Tim did all the parts and Frankie Valle had a very high falsetto voice so it sounded like women back then but it was Frankie. Tim was just showing off that 5 octave range for ya! Hahaha! Tim’s remarkable. Mostly he sings bass for the group but he has some songs where he sings up with the tenors. Good reaction! If you like bass try their newest song Skull & Bones. Chance (baritone/bass) wrote it for the new pirate game of the same name. Tim goes insanely low in it. 😍
Every voice you heard was TIM. And the original was Frankie Vally and the four seasons, all male way back in the oldie days or as I think of it , my younger days.
The ladies of The Shirelles sang “Will You Still Love me Tomorrow” Frankie Vallee and the Four Seasons did the most famous cover of “Stay” in 1963, but it was also played together with “The Load Out” by Jackson Brown in 1978.
The album is absolutely incredible! He sings ALL the parts. There are videos for four of the songs: this one; Come Go With Me; In My Room; and Since I Don't Have You. The other 8 songs are definitely worth audio only reactions if you do those.
Tim is an amazing singer. It is so much fun just seeing what he can do next. Come Go With Me...another one from this album and...Since I Don't Have You...If you haven't already seen...Peter Hollens ft Tim Foust...Misty Mountain...it is really good. Thanks guys.
This was very interesting. Tim is so amazing in his lower registers. He did a good mimic of Frankie's falsetto for the high parts. Would be interesting to hear his upper registers in a different type song. Thank you for sharing. 🥰🥰🥰 Best wishes from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦
Thanks sooooo much for checking this song out, Renee. Some people only pop on for their favorite Artist. I love the ones, like urself, that will listen to other Artists we react to as well. U neverrrrr know if ur happily surprised with a new sound you like. Spread the word. ~ Tazzz ~
Another great rendition by Tim Foust. Love his new cd with all the older doo-wop songs. His voice really suits this genre of music. We know he can really bring the bass but how about his falsetto? He has a 5 octave range. I have always loved these 2 songs from 1960 "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles & "Stay" by Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs.
That was Tim’s amazing 5+ range He also did In My Room ( Beach Boys ) it’s amazing Adam Chance If I Could Only Fly Drivers License Song For Home ( original) Wayfaring Stranger with The Hound And Fox Austin Brown Bring Him Home Neon Moon Rest Of My Life. ( Original) Home Free released an original written by Chance Skull and Bones it’s for the video game Skull And Bones Ubisoft is releasing soon. They have a Lyric video and they sang a shorter version at Ubisoft Live Premiere. It’s beyond Epic
Watch the ending! Tim has a whole album of these types of songs! 🎶thanks for watching the ending! They were sung by men!! Very high voices! He records every sound in the performance!
Ohhhh ok, thanks. Lol, I never heard of this Maurice person u speak of, nor the Zodiaks. I know that my zodiak sign is a Leo though. Ha! Haha! 😏😑 ~ Tazzz ~
You 2 are so funny if you keep talking the conversation will be smut talk. LMBO I love both songs they are oldies but goodies. I just subscribed and I always give a thumbs up.
@@tazzznphilly awe thank you very much. I enjoyed watching your show. You guys made me laugh so I'll consider your show a bonus for me. I enjoy laughing and to cut up especially now a days. Thank you for replying to my comment.
Good reaction, gentlemen! Adam Chance has some lovely collabs with The Hound + The Fox: Wayfaring Stranger, The Sound Of Silence. Austin Brown: Bring Him Home from Les Miserables, My Maria with Tim Foust and friends. Tim Foust and Peter Hollens (on Peter's channel): Misty Mountains from The Hobbit. (Peter and Tim have done quite a few duets together. Peter is a master of layering.) Tim also did one with The Bass Gang: Hooked On A Feeling (4 bassists with insane ranges)
Frankie Valli (male) was the original artist-he had an amazing falsetto. Tim sang every line/sound in the song. He has some more from this album on RU-vid.
