I don't think the implication is that she's flat stronger. I think they just wanted her to be a harder boss fight. Mind you, the lore might have greater feats on her parents' side of things in comparison to the feats she has.

I mean she's the goddess of love right? An optimistic point of view would say that she's one of the more powerful deities because there's just a lot of love in the world.
