Outdoor area is a tremendous feature as land cannot be expanded. Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Mind if I ask, are you a current Las Vegas resident or looking to relocate?
@@JBRE i am from Germany. Relocation is planned in the future. Love the Vegas Area. It is definetly an Option. Friends live in Summerlin and Henderson. My wifes mindset is not ready yet 😁.

It was for sale for $1,299,000 and at the same time for rent for $4,800 a mo. It rented before it sold. I'm sure the owners would still want to sell as that was their primary goal. If you're interested, give me a call 702-493-1934
...interesting... needs a Casita for your guest for a week or two, a swimming pool, convert one of the rooms as your walkin closet...love the privacy from your next-door neighbors, no HOA?
@@JBRE I need a large garage also. it maybe a year from now, before I move, i need to go check out neighborhoods out there, also. because i would be relocating from ca.
$1,389,000 it’s in the description. Apologies, I’ll mention the price when I describe the features on the future videos. Appreciate you watching and supporting our channel. Mind if I ask if you are a current Las Vegas resident or looking to relocate?
Hmmmm, the trend toward larger single story large lot homes definitely took off by the major builders (non-custom) in the early 2000s. There precedence there.
If you have money about 400k would you move the desert sand dusty bad weather horrible views no beach poor air quality, or a smaller place in California has everything at your convenience doctor, dental, market, foodie
