Mtn lions would be very rare, they are pretty good about avoiding populated areas. The area on the other side of the hill top has hiking and biking trails. Anything is possible, lots of homes in the area
Could you please tell me what the price of those homes are in that neighborhood? Thanks! Also, is this neighborhood actually in Las Vegas or is it in Henderson?
Henderson. Pricing in the last 6 months rage based on property size and condition from $1,200,000 to $2,150,000 for sold homes (6). Home currently in escrow (3) $1,375,000 to $3,079,000. Active listings (4) $1,198,900 to $2,995,000. If there is anything we can help you with let me know
@@JBRE Thanks so much for your reply. What I was wondering was the price range for the homes specifically in The Fountains-- the 1/2 acre lots. Are the prices you gave me for Henderson in general, or in The Fountains? Thanks.
Adrian, appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We do have other inventory with larger rooms and more space in-between homes. If that is something you'd like to see, give me a call or text 702-493-1934

I love them all so much so much.. however the first one excites me just a tad more than the others.. however, i would never want to limit my ability to enjoy them all.. AWESOME!!
I love this house! I can imagine my family living there if I had that kind of money. An entertainer's paradise. No one fighting over the bathroom. And that pool!
They had the large RV garage which is a huge plus but I wish they would allow a garage opening on both ends front and backyard, one thing I hated about working in my garage was having the front gate lifted to get air in while working in the garage but not having the privacy having my neighbors see my garage open
All of the gray trim and woodwork is tragic. The skylights are fantastic. They are beautiful and add so much to the house. But all of the gray and black throughout the house (all of the towel racks, the shower tile, the shower doors, the dark ceilings that are almost black, etc.) is horrible. Of course, one person’s horrible is somebody else’s wonderful. That said, these were horrible decisions that look like they were made by a low-end flipper or a homeowner who thought he or she had good taste. They have severely limited their universe of buyers. That doesn’t even mention the horrible black driveway and sidewalk. The black there makes the house look like a multimillion dollar house with an asphalt driveway and walkway. I think somebody was going for sophistication, but they missed the mark with the colors.
@@JBRE Well, you didn't do the work, did you? They weren't your choices. I really am sure it's perfect for some people. And, as I said, the skylights are beyond great. They give the place a futuristic, somewhat industrial look. If I was interested in the house, the skylights and space might sell me, but I'd price out what it would take to paint all of the doors, trim and black ceilings white and fix the driveway and walkway.
This place started at 12.9 million in 11-20! 4 months later dropped to 10.9, then just kept dropping a million more. Removed it for couple months then brought it back in 10-23 at 6.55 million, then finally sold at 5.685 million, 277 dollars a square foot a Absolute steal, most sales in there run around 400 dollars a square foot and this place is on what looks to be the biggest lot around.
For 1.6 mil I would expect better kitchen cabinets than painted homedepot track home cabinets. Specially when the living room has a more custom look. Frameless shower doors in the master and at least a freestanding tub. so your not climbing over a wall of tile or slab of rock.. A freestanding tub would also make the bath look bigger and more open. All the money was spent in the backyard. I like the home but not the location or the price.
@@JBRE I am just letting you know my opinion. I do multi million dollar home remodels for a living as a plumber. I know your just trying to sell the house and you didn't build it. It was a good video of it though. Nice job.
@@JBRE I am82 i was a carpenter and contractor for 60 years I bought a lot in silicon Valley in 1971 3 acres for 7500 the best lots n Saratoga were 25 000 I built a 3000' house for 20 dollars a foot today it is 800 I watched SJ grow from 50 000 to couple of million
@@JBREnice home but Vegas In the summer sucks . 2 million dollars can buy you a home in California . This home will definitely be bought by some Chinese firm or cartel member looking to launder their money .
The range is at least 60 inches.. THe problem with these houses even though the ceiling is 9' it should be cathedral The house is too plain, I live in silicon valley and a house this big would sell for3.5 million...But it would not look like this
