Jasper I have subscribed to your channel. I’d like a little more information on this little house like sq ft and if someone is interested would you tweak it? I am fond of open concept so all good with me. I also emailed you.
Hi! I have always loved this kind of house. It has an ech h & akways iffer afeeling if much more space - though small. It is much more ventilated than the usual houses which has every room closed off ! Could you please send me the floor plan? ❤😂
Jasper thanks for the response. As soon as I get a chance I will graph up what I’m wanting on graph paper. I’m a little old fashioned I guess. I would love to learn sketch up. I do a little design work myself.
@@martfranman Thank for your following, sometime i can not respond all comments 😅. If you want to buy house plans, contact me. Tiendung.bap@gmail.com. Thank you and sorry for respond you too late
This tiny home is perfect! I would add a shallow pantry on the flat wall separating the laundry from the dining room but other than that what a gorgeous little home. I would be so lucky to own something like that one day. ❤
Wow....how gorgeous is this piece of heaven! Yes...I am in love with this brilliantly designed masterpiece. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ This home has everything needed to live comfortably and peacefully for a lifetime. Also, it's elegant and beautiful---interior and exterior. Thank you for showing us many creative ways our dreams can come true. Well, it's that time again.... 🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Love your talent ...The Rose🌹
Jasper, Jasper, WOW, WOW!!! This is soooo gorgeous! I mean the warm browns, mixed in with the white. The openness of the living room. And that side door off of that killer kitchen! I’m so in love with this design. You’ve officially blown me away❤ I would literally move in today. Genius😃
You have truly outdone yourself with this project. I think this is your best work to date. Not only is the aesthetic perfect, but the layout, usability, and all other features are carefully thought out. The dividing shelf between the sitting and dinning areas was a perfect touch. Also the interior design is very stylish and upscale, yet possesses a charming, rustic touch. A wonderful fusion of the two. Well done!
I agree with the other comments. Very nice. The furnishings are great also. If I should have such a home, I would like to furnish it exactly the same way. May I ask what is the cost of these "small houses? Thank you for posting this video. 😊
I love it, ♥️♥️ either brick or Field stone on the fireplace outside and the pillars gives it some beautiful structure to the house, there's another word I am looking for, I will say stunning, and the inside is breathtaking, the layout and the design and everything, those light fixtures, the color Coronation. It's spectacular ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
A well-laid out house. There's a place to hang coats, and a bench just inside the entrance (where I would put a weatherproof rug). I'll ignore the TV over the fireplace and comment on the spacious kitchen with ample counters and cabinets. There's space for more storage in the laundry room. The bedrooms are a good size with adequate wardrobes.
I would love to have this house! Its elegant and classy, the hardwood floors against the clean white walls is gorgeous. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the ceiling in the master bedroom is such a great touch. The outside is charming. Well done!
That was a good floor plan, the only thing I would’ve loved is to have a pantry. What do you think about a shed outside so you can store all your gardening tools, Christmas tree, etc.
Love the outside look of the house . I love the windows. The fireplace is gorgeous. The kitchen is spacious and bright . Love the door from kitchen to porch. And the laundry off of the kitchen. Bedrooms are just lovely . I'm just not crazy about the open bookcase dividing the two rooms .
Flip and expand the laundry to encompass that single door, and you get a mudroom as well! Agree about a pantry on the flat wall bordering the laundry. Excellent flow through the house, warm and cozy design. Another winner, Jasper!
The smaller bedroom is so precious! Actually, everything is lovely. I agree with a few other folks: A bathtub would be a very nice thing to include in this one.
This so beautiful, I am amazed! Like something out of an architecture magazine. Bungalows are my favorite style, btw. The color harmonies! The quality materials! The open breezy feel! The sensible traffic patterns! The use of space! The deck! 😍 All wonderful! (Now, go Google "roof cricket" or "roof saddle" along with word "chimney." This house needs one to prevent rain leaking in behind the TV).
Wow! This ticks every box for me. A truly effective combination of classic and modern design elements. Thoughtful and charming indoor and outdoor spaces. Just one question: when can I pick up the keys?
Absolutely gorgeous, Jasper! Love that you managed to get 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a functional laundry room, and a mudroom from the kitchen to the backyard! I wonder if that room is big enough to add a small pantry cabinet? 🤔 This home has lots of storage, AND is set up beautifully for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Simply lovely❣️ Got to show this one to my hubby - Susan
I am not a fan of open concept floor plans, nor am I a fan of all the rooms being closed off. This is a very nice compromise between the two. Separated but not too much, open but not too much
WOW. This is outside the box. I love the divided and defined spaces. I am a big fan of country chic so this fits perfectly. Another feather in your cap😊
This is gorgeous. Functional layout, plenty of space for a childless couple OR a small family. Love the deck, cozy fireplace, laundry room, etc. Where do the utilities go though, like furnace and hot water heater?
Now this one is gorgeous it has everything much light many exits (2) bathrooms (2) bedrooms a utility room beautiful living room simply beautiful overall. What is the name of the plan and what is the square footage How can I purchase the plan?
We are retiring in about five years, and I have already started trying to find a house design that would work for the lifestyle that we have planned and worked for all these years. I believe the search may be over. This is more than I could have hoped for in the envelope size we want (I’m looking at you, gorgeous and sunny laundry ROOM!). I would only need to add on a garage for vehicle, RV, and general storage and buy my land. Mr. Tran, you are incredibly talented and I look forward to seeing more and more of your work. I will keep an open mind, but this house plan has captured my heart! 💖💖💖
I absolutely adore this one! I've been searching for over 20 years... While I appreciate your gift of the beautiful ideas, I want this for my forever retirement home. How to make this happen?
I love an open concept, especially when you design a smaller space. It gives it a bigger feel. The shelves are dust collectors and distract from the overall beauty. You do lovely work. Perfect size for me.
I absolutely love the bookcase/shelves that separate the lounge from dining/kitchen area. My pet hate is a kitchen in the lounge room. I love this design . Perfect color choices as well.
Your comment mean a lot to me, thank you for taking the time to leave a comment! You're always like this, providing me with very specific and detailed feedback, which greatly improves myself. Apprectiate it! ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
I love that it has a space to Be Outdoors comfortably with Nature I love being able to have a cool space to do that, I'd love to live Here! It's beautiful! Thank You love the whole thing! Hello , My New Home
Me, too. I like that open wall look in kitchen plus the doors leading out to a generous deck! Neat layout. Love the amount of windows as well. Would be nice to have bath tub out of two baths. Maybe a good compromise is having an outdoor tub, if possible, to have a nice bath once in awhile. Great layout though. Thank you.
Would love to enclose the deck for year round use and make the fireplace two sided so that the deck room has yet another welcoming sitting area😊Only thing I would change on the interior is the one bedroom with the vanity…I would split the two closets and put the table (vanity or computer area)in the middle and a flat screen tv above it. Would love to double the entry space with seat/hooks/closet. Love this design otherwise. The changes would only be for my liking. Everyone has their own style. But this one….is great You did a fantastical job😊
Love the style of this house, and i would want a similar style , Its nice and cozy and moving down south that would the style of a house that I would prefer.
Absolutely beautiful !!! Only thing is a bath tub in 1 of the bathrooms for us with little grandchildren and is there a pantry? Otherwise perfection!! BRAVO ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love it, but I will do some things to make it perfect for me, like I’m looking to build my own house this is perfect. 1. Little bigger the bedrooms 2 fireplace in the patio back to the fireplace inside 3. Add a deck out of the master 4 add a entrance closet 5 add a closet in the loundry room But love it exactly like it is ❤
Very nice design. It needs a pantry, and probably a bathtub in the "non-Master" bath... just for soaking/relaxing. But that's a great floorplan for under 1,000 sqft 👍
This is a really nice home. There are three changes I would make. The first would be to eliminate the cut out on the outside corner of the front bedroom. I know why it us there, but you could achieve the same end by turning that area into a closet. Increased floor space and utility and it would cost less to build. The second would be to centre the ridge on the building. Thst results in a balance so the roof fits the house. Whilst changing the roof i would add a Belvedere to the chimney. It is quite wide where it meets the roof so directing water away from the chimney greatly reduces the likelihood of leaks. The third is that i would eliminate the rear door fro the kitchen into the back garden. Expand the laundry room back to encompass that area. Put a door from the new laundry room inti the back grden. That allows space to increase work surface as well as providing a vestibule to allow getting kids and pets clean before they run through the house.
@@havefaith4358No, I'm not in the business but I have been interested in architecture since I was a kid. Having helped build various buildings over the years, and having helped figure out framing, the rest is pretty simple.
