Paul Liebarger is actually the author of this book. Cordwainer Smith often gets credited for this work for some reason but he was a sci-fi writer. He may have written an essay on this book and that is why his authorship gets confused. Otherwise its a very obscure book written in 1948
Some of this is decent propaganda 101, some of this is just dated or intentionally avoiding why some propaganda was so effective. Take it with a grain of salt.
