So almost a week using this now and I. HAVE. NEVER. FELT. I've also been practicing planche lever slowly with progressions, and I went from not being able to lift myself up to holding a planche tuck(A progressiom) in just a matter of days, I have been improving alot in terms of strength and stamina(Again, using this with your Virtual Training sub), I can also do L-sits, which require a really strong core to execute properly. Attitude wise, I have been standing up for myself even more now, and I have been a lot more confident in my words ever since. I have been more set and focused in my goals, and I don't let other people get in my way anymore. This sub turned me into a boss, and I love it. Update: Is it just me or did my self-confidence go 📈📈 all of the sudden? I feel more good-looking than I was before(I was literally berating myself from low self-esteem), It was a nice feeling. I'm now able to regulate my emotions better now, and I know just where and when to let myself cry. I've been physically stronger too, my endurance and stamina increased as well. My reflexes have also gotten way faster, and I can catch and dodge things cuz whenever someone throws smth at me or does smth at me, they be moving in slow motion for some reason.
