From Personal experience, i wish to say, i am early breast cancer survivor and i have had surgery on my right leg. Everyone is in charge of their health. Recently to make the Long story short, i have to cutout all sugar and salt and watch my cholesterol. Health should be every ones priority. My gp slammed down her Phone and told me to watch my diet, exercise and relaxation. She takes care of my family health and immunisation. We have just come out of covid. Every three months i have check up because of the cancer. It is my gp that refers me to the main hospital for the surgery. I live in Germany with my hubby and two children. My trip to london was super. I miss London very much that is why i watch you. Do keep up your videos. I enjoy them very much.
