Nice one! Always great to see the dogs and their handlers. I wonder if the police canine unit does more search, (or search and rescue), than they have interactions with criminals?
Also, I'm curious if our canine unit dogs are issued any body armour? I watch a lot of body cam video of US police officers and it appears that, in most cases, the dogs handlers have to pay for body armour for their canines out of their own pocket, some of them even having to crowd-fund to source the money.
