I understand where you're coming from Larry but this Giants team 3 games under .500 has been the same lame duck team over the last few years. They needed to be sellers years ago and got the rebuild started a long time ago. I will say Farhan has never Been a seller at the deadline so I'm sure he'll be buying, just not what everyone is hoping for.

Conforto for a reliable short stop, and one of the Rogers brothers for a better player. Chapman, Soler, Yaz picking up now. So don't worry about them.

What the Giants needs is either a defensive CF (so we can subsequently shift Ramos to RF- and have Matos start in LF) AND/OR a bat in the middle of the order who is gonna go get an RBI in clutch situation by getting base hit with ducks on the pond- instead of what we have now which is hitters trying to pad stats with a walk or HR.

Trade Yaz? He's the Giants best defensive outfielder and despite not hitting for high average, he manages to be clutch down the stretch. The Rogers twins could be packaged as well as Snell, Solar, Ray, and Slater.

I think the Giants should go for it too. And if that means Luciano is traded. OK. I don’t think trading a bullpen arm is ever the answer though.

Luciano is lazy player . I went to Vegas to watch him play. He’s a bone head on the bases . With two outs he jogged to 3 rd base and should have scored . He walked into 3 rd base and almost tagged out. He doesn’t care .
