Forgive the post in English, but my German is not up to the detail needed here. It is a shame, they did not go to a 'real' BBQ joint. Sam Jones BBQ is, at best, an weak imitation. I am an NC native, and would never eat there. It is nice to see them pass though North Carolina. I do not know what the three would think of a proper Eastern NC BBQ joint. They tend to be less than impressive to see, but the food is wonderful, and true to our tastes and traditions. (Smoked Turkey? Give me a break. That is bougie barbeque, not even worth the three letters, BBQ.)
