It's not so bad to wash your dishes without gloves if you only have a few to wash. Apply cuticle oil around your nails and underneath before proceeding. The warm water and oil can actually be beneficial and promote nail growth. However, if you have a lot of dishes to wash, you'll want to use gloves. It's the same routine-moisturize your hands, oil your cuticles, put on your gloves, and tackle those dishes.
