From a Sensory 2022 AWD owner. A great review for the most part, pretty accurate. Have not had the auto bright dim problem, it works just like the Accord and Outback I have had. Auto wipers are excellent. The camera option in the rear view mirror is fabulous. The only real error I saw was, you only have to push the button when shifting into reveres, otherwise just quickly slide the shifter back for D. I love the shifter it is very, very fast & quick to use. As for the Info systems, buttons, switches, etc., just like any, a learning curve, better than the 2018 Accord, and much, much better than the 2021 Outback we had. The light impact buttons are fabulous, much better than just touch, which always seem to inadvertently get touched! You can feel to change the fan speed without having to look away from the road. Great room, entry and exit, wide comfy seats, even the rear. The foot motion control lift gate is great. Great sound system. The adjustable Heads up display is great. The absolute worst thing about it is the TomTom map. Mine is updated, still have roads that do not exist, still says toll booth ahead that haven't existed for years, says arrived at destination on your right when it's on the left. Tons of errors. Sad that a luxury car has the cheapest map system. When we go on a trip we will put are Garmin back in.

Mike, you're one of the best in the car demo business. This video is also very good. I want to give you some positive feedback. 1- It would be very nice if you write the technical data of the vehicles separately on the screen. One of the most curious subjects is that technical data. How many horsepower, how many torque... People whose native language is not English like me can miss this information while listening. 2- Most youtubers divide the videos into sections. You better do too. 3- You can use the cover photos of the videos more effectively. For example, you can put technical information, you can write the model name, year or price... You know better.

Excellent video. I’ve owned the original JX35, the 2016 QX60 and now the 2022. I learned a couple nuggets from your video. My only real disappointment with the new model is that they removed the forward brake assist but they did keep the emergency brake assist. I now use the ProPilot more to take advantage of the forward braking. Infiniti should have just provided the ability to turn the auto braking on and off.

The car needs a few things to make it more competitive: -22 inch rims -Redsport 400 engine -Mercedes-style LED ambient lighting -Metal buttons like the GV80 -Stylish steering wheel like the new Range Rover -Advanced instrument cluster like Audi
@DonJulio510
@DonJulio510 2 года назад
Why does it have to be like any other vehicle mentioned? It stands out great for its kind. Plus that expensive compare to the audi amd mercedes mentioned.
@stevie421
@stevie421 2 года назад
This car does have ambient lighting and it’s very subtle and warm toned. I believe that was the intention to make it more calming inside the cabin rather than a bright spaceship type vibe. Now I really do hope they make a sport version of this. More horsepower/torque, improved handling, and a good exhaust system. This car would look really good with a quad tip exhaust instead of the weird chrome trim pieces

@@stevie421 Thats old technology that cars have had since the 2000s The new thing is what Mercedes is doing They arent going for a "subtle look", they just dont want to invest in more up to date technology

@@joecool9739 the qx60 ambient lighting is warm toned LED that comes from underneath the wood trim along the dash and doors. Just like any other modern car with ambient lighting. It’s not old tech they are using, they just decided to keep it subtle with the brightness, and also no color changing

I love your review. -It’s great they have the button for the screen dim, my old Infiniti didn’t and going through the menu for it sucked. -strange how the lane assist is not as good. My 2014 Q50s was great. I’m thinking about buying this one, we will have to see. Thanks for the details, reviews from someone who has driven it for a bit are way better!

I like that it has a V6 and 9-speed tranny and some great tech. It looks comfortable and Mike said it’s a good vehicle for what it is. I have inherited a 2016 QX50 and it’s small but kinda fun and quick with its V6- it has 18,900 miles so I may keep it for a year before I sell it.
