By far the best feature for me is the rearview mirror monitor. I love having the ability to see clearly and up close a monitor of the traffic behind the car and not have to worry that you cannot see so far back in the 3 rows auto or people sitting in the back seats
I just picked up the Sensory package Infiniti last week...got it in grand blue with cognac interior. It's loaded with features and cool tech. Smooth and quiet drive. Incredibly happy with my new ride. Only thing I wanted in my new car and didn't get with this are the fog lights. Wasn't a deal breaker, headlights are bright.
At the 14:09 timestamp, you were wondering why the 3rd row arm rests aren't soft touch materials. My guess is two-fold. First, if there are small kids sitting back there, they are more likely to spill/damage the arm rests. So keeping them as hard plastic allow for better damage resistance and stain resistance. Second, when the 3rd row is folded down for more cargo storage, you are also more likely to damage the sides of the vehicle when loading/unloading luggage and other large items. So keeping these materials better able to resist damage/scuffing is a plus.
I recently purchased the 2022 QX60 and love, love it. My rear view wasn't working, so I am driving a QX50 loaner from the dealership. I can definitely tell the difference between the two.
