INGREDIENTS FOR A CAKE CHARLEMAGNE CHOCOLATE PRALINATED PEOPLE:

• 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder

For chocolate mousse praline:

• 50 g dark chocolate (I took 55%)
• 6 eggs
• 30 g caster sugar
For orange syrup:

• 100 g of white chocolate
