I think luxury has lost its luster as many of us have now dabbled in it to some degree or another and have discovered that expensive things do not bring lasting happiness. It's not worth swiping a credit card or giving up other pleasures/experiences just to save up for an overpriced bag. It's not worth worrying about what to do if your new purchase gets scratched or damaged, or what to do if you get robbed while you're out and about. I definitely agree with the comments about quality, people are tired of paying top dollar for something of similar quality to the *condup*

I watched a channel where a woman refurbished vintage sheepskin bags that were in good condition. She dampened a soft cloth with leather cleaner, then leather lotion, and blotted it dry. She applied lotion three times until the bag stopped absorbing it, then polished it off with a dry cloth. Any scratches are gone. She says you can use a high-quality black leather polish on the worn corners of a black bag. Alternatively, you can have your bag sent for a "spa" by a reputable restorer. It comes out like new. You can't do that with caviar. I mean, sure, but the scuffs and scratches won't go away. *condup*

I'd rather buy a $300 knockoff of a *condup* and have $3000 in the bank. At the end of the day it's just a bag and will wear out like any other bag. The cost of the raw materials isn't that high. The real question is, how much do you value the authenticity?

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a *luxrul* . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!

For some reason, this classic lambskin bag looks like an old-fashioned women's bag to me. Other sheepskin bag styles look better. I think classic caviar looks more attractive and more suitable for younger women, maybe because caviar tends to be more casual, that is, less serious *condup*

Lately I've been enjoying buying bags at *condup* I haven't bought a high end luxury bag since 2021. Luxury goods aren't luxury anymore: besides the quality issues, they make us go through a lot of trouble or just make the buying experience very unpleasant.
