We don't see this in NA. My haircut takes 15 mins and out the door you go. I take scissors and clean up the loose hairs, towel off the residue - there's just no care taken, ever. I'd fly to Japan, just to get an amazing haircut like this!
he just did a single pass on the jaw-neck shave?....sheeshh.... Baikadou would have done at least 2 passes....to give it a really really clean shave with no hair there....however, Mr.Miwa does dig the ear wax out from your outer ears, which is good and clean....that i like.
I actually love this setup, u have several different cameras rolling, I know the editing process is probably longer but this is really cool and clean cut, great angles 👍 very much appreciated 🙏
I certainly appreciate all of your hair cutting videos, but especially love these that have a some what stationary camera. I have a difficult time watching the ones where the camera is attached to the barber. They make me dizzy. Love love your work.
American barbers are more interested in quantity than quality. I like a barber who focuses on the haircut instead of asking a bunch of silly questions about your life.
Because shaving involves getting a bit closer to the client, as shaving requires a bit more care, so he wears a mask so he doesn’t breathe all over the client. It’s a form of respect in Japan.
Please, why Miwa knocked with the finger in the ear? Barber88 do almost the same tecnique and i always ask to myself: whats is the reason of it? Thanks!
Mr. Miwa is such a wonderful man. I love watching him do his craft. So polite and a total professional. The lady who works with him seems so sweet too. Is it husband and wife like Baikoudo? I hope my next trip to Japan I am able to visit.
You don't get a shampoo treatment like that here in the US. When my brother and I were kids.. Sometimes our grandmother shampooed us and she gave us a quite a treatment like this... We had the cleanest heads of hair but it was a bit uncomfortable standing up with our heads down in the sink and she used her shampoo on us which I thought was too girly smelling for boys.
This one is my favourite barber I just watch Him and I Fall to sleep He does everything really expertly very professional I would love a look at Meyer I love these videos are so relaxing
Your bangs should match the length of the back of your hair. One length all the way around and your hair will lay perfect. It's all about weight. You guys with the feathered or layers are always fighting hairs that go rogue. You wake up and your hair it going in 90 different directions. I get a trim every 5 weeks and that's it. Growing your hair takes more patience than being married. But, if you give it a year, you'll be glad you went through it. If you've got it, grow it.
How about a different type of Hair to cut next time. Maybe someone with African ethnicity. That would be great. Here's another idea; a tomboy or lesbian with short hair who wouldn't mine Mr. Miwa giving her a skin-fade and a light face shave and brow trim, ear cleaning etc.
I would rate this haircut a 10! What is the sign saying "asleep" behind him mean? I could see where a customer would fall asleep having all of this relaxing stuff done to him.
These really good barbers kind of remind me of a really good shoe shiner. Both use a lot of "theater" in their presentations, which is good. I wonder what this guy charges for a hair cut and shave like we witnessed here? Anybody got an idea?
