Well we do want a video longer than 5 minutes and the barber was very cautious about cutting too much off and made sure to ask before cutting off too. Very considerate!
Reminds me of a barber my dad took me to when I was 7,8 and 9 years old. Soft spoken and nice. He always asked me how I was doing in baseball. I hated when we moved out of town because I had to go somewhere else for my haircuts. Nice video Harry. You took me down memory lane some 40 years ago.
You know the guy is good if he’s Fast with no rushing. Left handed barber. No need for guards. Guidelines Or sectioning. Just real barbering. And a real straight Razor and strop. What a find!

Good video! This barber is really good! I’ve been cutting for 32 years and this guy and I have a lot in common. The days of the half hour or longer haircuts are thankfully gone. A good barber should not need longer than 10 to 15 minutes for a cut. Another thing is how he cuts. He doesn’t use all the new modern so called cutting techniques that are just gimmicks. Salons are good for that stuff to make it look like the customer is getting something done in a way that’s so special. That is just a gimmick to spike the price way up. This guy cuts with just good cutting skill. I like this guy!!!
@@MrSkipperBent I think he means some barbers occasionally will take a lot off when cutting, leaving his hair much shorter than what a lot of people find is best for him.
Really likes how the barber just go on as he usually would. And that mystery woman just following him in every movement. Gives a nice touch to the video!

He’s an absolutely normal barber, no particular art, no fancy or modern cut, no artwork on the walls, no tattoos. Nothing. Just a very ordinary cut in an ordinary shop. What’s wrong with you?
This guy reminds me of a barber I used to go to as a kid. He was an honest-to-goodness Okie from the dust bowl era. That slight southern drawl, calming voice and skilled barbering was an ASMR gold mine. He used to ask which ear I wanted to keep every time he used the straight razor. Fond memories of that shop.
Some barbershops like to recreate the old timey feel, but it's really difficult to recreate the same feeling a small town barbershop has. Another excellent video sir

Internet fame can be a very scary thing since there's a bunch of weirdos and losers always thinking they know you because they see your videos. Then they stalk your or try and force themselves into your life.

The craziest thing is that barbers usually have the best stories to tell. I know several barbers that can talk your ear off for days. Somehow Harry gets them to tell their stories thru a haircut. Simple yet so bad ass!
