Yet that concept is often used by controlling people to silence and shame a person for daring to speak up and defend themselves when being abused. It's right up there with "It's just a joke. Wow, so now I understand why I have been so attracted to watch your channel. I showed up for a fun, lighthearted, lip gloss, romance kind of reading and ended up hearing you describe EXACTLY what I have been going through with shadow energies lately. I have had to release energies from my ex, a narcissist, at least three times now over 4 months since our break up. I am fortunate enough to have friends who are very spiritually gifted who each did this work for me. After the last cord cutting and energy releasement coming from him, as in psychic attacks, though probably not on a conscious level, but after the last one I have had to get very serious about keeping out his re-cording to me. So nightly calling for protection with prayer and using charged crystals such as black tourmaline and turquoise to keep out interfering energies. Since doing that I am finally able to sleep without ongoing insomnia and bad dreams. It felt like a nightmare for a time with his tormenting me. Tbh, I came to the reading with no one in mind, but as she’s explaining things I feel like she’s just talking about the average human being that lacks self awareness and spiritual insight. Regarding general chaos: I think you are referring to me Jess. A lot of my recent visions are aligning to what you have been posting which is why I came back to your channel.
