For the inky fingers I would recommend this ink remover: 'Kresto Hand Cleaner - Special Ultra', even when I spill a lot of ink onto my hand it always takes 100% of it off. (To use, apply to dry hands, and rub vigorously in with a drop or two of water, when the ink fades wash hands until removed)
