a new version was released a few days ago that can also use animation nodes. it's more convenient because you can tweak the shape anytime you want. and the 'morphing' can also be animated, of course.

Can you create spaceships that are NOT symmetrical? I saw a dream a year ago, where all these spaceships were in our skies, but they didn't have a symmetrical shape.

Sure! You can disable symmetry on the primitive settings.
