Sometimes when I watch Asian dramas I wonder why women are often portrayed without dignity and totally dependent on men. This scene is awful. Seeing her begging her husband in this way while he prefers to go to the other woman even though she is desperate and the baby is crying in her crib, is humiliating for all women. Such a man deserves no consideration.

In my opinion she was fighting for her family, her child and their marriage for him thats why she beg but as they portray he doesnt care much and not his priority. And for that he doesn't deserve his family coz he taken them for granted. Women are fighters and wont give up easily but when they do they are solid rock and cant be moved.

@@mightyobserver12 yeah. It's absolutely toxic but that's how it is. A woman should die but not go for divorce or else she will be blamed for destroying the family. Even if the man is a disgusting husband, she needs to bear it all because keeping the family together and letting the kids have the illusion of a complete family is her job. That's what we saw growing up, that's what we were taught. Now things are changing, but we have a long way to go.

It's probably because they have child together, someone I know also like that, her husband with his mistress when she gave birth, not only that few years ago she also follow him to another city, go to the hotel he staying and caught him in bed with another woman, but they still together even have a second child now, her father and brother only hate him because he hit her so they fought but she still choose him and instead cutting relationship with her father and brother, it's upsetting and stupid (my personal opinion) but no matter what other say she still choose him

Reading all the comments regarding their relationship,it started wrong,like a joke, urgent marriage with own benefits,as they progress they have misunderstanding, confused feelings,Since they are only supporting roles in this drama, their story made a great impact that many reacted,they writer should have added more interesting scenes of how they tried to solve their relationship as real and happy married couple,which they have a good storyline to extend more episodes to satisfy us rather than too many scenes that are not necessary and boring to watch other characters especially the main characters their story is redundant,simple yet over acting, Zumba dance at the Park,and other more scene should not be included,that makes me watch fast forward...till the end

As soon as he left me alone to have that baby I would have had my family go to the house and pack my/baby's bags and left. Sorry to say that kid might not have been conceived since he was pulling those shenanigans prior to that. I would not turn back to look. I would have gone into hiding. I would have worked at a fast food joint to make ends meet if I had too. That baby's survival and needs come first. His needs come at the end of my list of things to do right behind taking the trash out and cleaning the kitty litter pan. I'm ruthless when ditched.

They need to start filming two different endings to these toxic dramas where the female lead is neglected, cheated on, and often physically abused by her husband and yet takes him back later. The disgusting misogynistic ending where we are supposed to believe it is a “happy ending” for the wife to take back her cheating abusive husband is WRONG. We need a better ending where she divorces him and leaves and leads a wonderful happy life without him. And even if he comes groveling back-she does not take him back. She can forgive him but not ever be in a relationship with him. He can regret his life decisions and stay with his mistress.

Regardless of his feeling he’s married and she is his wife. He should respect her and not cheat on her. I get he has feelings for the mistress and he can’t part with her, but then he shouldn’t have gotten married then. Even if he was unwilling to be married he shouldn’t cheat out of respect for both his wife and the mistress (they were once together and no she has to be a mistress and sneak around for him which isn’t fair to her either.) I get he loves the mistress but when you decide to get married to someone and have a kid (even if it’s an accident) you should grow up and put your feelings aside or get divorced. And if divorce isn’t a good option they could just separate from each other. I get he doesn’t have feelings for her but he’s married to her and she’s at least trying to form some kind of relationship with her husband. And although it’s only by name and they have no relationship he should respect their marriage. If they are going to stay married he should at least try to form a relationship with his wife, and get over his mistress. If that’s not possible they should just divorce.

He’s a weak coward of a man. He married her, knowing he didn’t love her and had no intention of being faithful, because his family wanted an heir. A decent man, a mora man, and someone who wasn’t a complete coward would have stood up to his family and said no. I get the impression that he feels as if he owes his mistress. If he were living in another society he could disregard his parents as we often do in the west, but his culture compels him to comply.

Why is it, in almost all of the dramas I've watched, the men repents and asks forgiveneness from the women, after they have cheated. It's a roller-coaster ride. I admire those women who chooses to fight for their right with dignity. Better leave cheating husbands/bf's. It's not a sin to love ourselves. It's self-preservation.

Because many of the writers are misogynists who seem to want to normalize and romanticize women being abused and cheated on in relationships. They want men to watch there and think that it’s ok for a man to treat his wife like shit, cheat on her, etc because don’t worry-she will forgive him if he says sorry. They want women to watch these and think that abuse and cheating are normal parts of relationships and that women need to accept it. Neither of these are true.

People don’t want to believe that some women act like this- that women wouldn’t continue to stay in a loveless marriage let alone take a man back if he cheated or was abusive (in all ways) though sad, women do. Though this scene is a bit extra for drama sake; I was actually proud of the FL for leaving him and rooting for her to have success, find someone who can show her love but I was a bit disappointed that she took him back just not surprised.

I would have agreed she is overreacting a bit but if her wife and children are both crying and suffering in front of him and he still chooses to go after other woman then sorry it's clear who his priority is. She i right in leaving. You shouldn't stay with a person who will never consider you and your daughter a priority.
