Just a heads up: I was at Target today and they put out three new Fine'ry perumes/mists. Pistachio Please (Kayali dupe?), Without a Trace (maybe Missing Person?) and The New Rouge (Baccarat 540 dupe???). They're not on the website yet so they're pretty heckin new.

I'm super curious to see how without a trace smells. I wouldn't necessarily call Fine'ry a dupe house, but they're def heavily "inspired by" fragrances. If it's similar to missing person, I'll be super happy, it's one of my faves 🥰

@@taymarie1371I quickly smelled it at my local Target and I think it’s pretty close to Dossier’s baccarat dupe (they both project more than original baccarat). Unfortunately I cannot remember the notes besides saffron.

Whenever you're at the grocery take a sniff of the green rinse aid from Downy; that is THE opening I smell from YUM. Dries down less laundry-esque though. It was not love at first sniff but now I would buy a full bottle IF it lasted a bit longer

Soie Malaquais recently be became my new signature! It’s so versatile with my chemistry. I do not like fruity fragrances, and this one doesn’t feel fruity at all. The blackcurrant just is a burst of brightness that blends so nicely with everything. I also don’t feel like this is super gourmand-y? (As it’s usually described)..I dunno, it’s just perfect. I layer it with rose in summer and spring, and vanillas and musks in colder months. Ps. Your blush placement (and shade) is so beautiful on you.

I recently just got my first bottle, and I chose the original over the exclusive because the exclusive smells EXACTLY like the skin potions Kama sutra line that’s all over social media lol I own the entire Kama sutra line, so when I smelled the exclusive for the first time I was like “really? lol I’ve owned this scent in particular for a while now so it’s nothing special to me, whereas the original delina smells much different and better and classier in my opinion.

I also own Kilian love don’t be shy and flowerbomb nectar. The gunpowder essence in flowerbomb nectar is DEFINITELY leather girl jacket friendly! I love all the flowerbombs. Kilian rolling in love would have been a good one for this video as well, also BDK rouge smoking ❤

You’ve done it again, you’ve really made me want to smell that dries van notten scent. Unfortunately, where I live, the only way to smell something that’s not in Sephora is to buy it. Maybe scentbirt or another company that sells samples will carry it.

I will add Guerlain Gourmand Coquin (boozy chocolat) and Lolita Lempicka (powdery violet) if chocalat is not for you Almond based perfume are also on the sweeter side my favorite is Serge lutens Louve and the oh so expensive Rahat Loukoum again from Serge Lutens!

I went to ulta today specifically to smell Devotion. I had the idea that I was going to absolutely love it and almost blind bought it, but I'm so glad I didn't. There was something about it that I just did not get on with. To me, it smelled like walking into Lush, where all the fragrances are mixed together and I didn't love it at all.

Love your videos on both channels. Was wondering if there's a website that you get those notes with images that you pop up on the screen so I can look up my favorites and print out the notes for a notebook binder. You might make those pop ups yourself so just figured I'd ask because the visuals help so much with recognizing notes and I can never remember what is in which fragrance that I already have, just what they smell like overall and would love to see if there are notes that my favorite fragrances share in common. Thanks so much ❤

If you like Lipstick Fever, you need to get a bottle (or sample) of Liquid Illusion. It's Lipstick Fever without that sort of musky/patchouli stank and with a hint of Dr. Pepper. I thought Lipstick Fever was my favorite JHAG scent until I got a sample of Liquid Illusion.

The Escada heart that was SUPPOSED to have blueberry notes in it was SUCH a disappointment ( last v-day release or the year prior). My husband said he could smell nothing much and %0 ANY berry. That Van Noten perfume has my nose interested for sure, cute bottle

I can’t find my comments so I’m leaving multiple throughout because you keep naming fragrances that I actually own haha and Yum is one I have that I will say I can only wear it in summer. It’s wayyy too light for the winter and just doesn’t make sense to me lol. I’m a sultry, smoky, gourmand girl, so YUM is the cleanest smelling fragrance I own besides byredo mojave ghost lol my husband hates it says it smells like playdough haha.

This is kind of off topic but I keep meaning to ask you if you have smelled and do you like Killian’s Straight to Heaven Extreme? It reminds me of how you described the last sent. I have a million perfumes and I really like/Love a lot of them…But the Killian s Straight To Heaven Extreme is by far my favorite. Here’s the kicker, Ive never even smelled the real one. I just keep repurchasing the knockoff/Inspired by version by OilPerfumery.

I love Kilian princess. I'd add that to the list. Princess is just playing hard to get, ignore the name. I love sweet scents but can't do orange flower at all. Smells so cheap and artifical to me. My nose can't stand ldbs and devotion. Very orange flower forward.

Has anyone smelled lipstick fever and good girl gone bad and feel they’re similar? I’ve smelled GGGB but can’t find lipstick fever to test anywhere.

I have both but I don't find them similar ... GGGB is more sticky ripe apricot and white flowers, a bit creamy, swirly, fluffy and dense at the same time. Lipstick Fever is more powdery, strong violet, less fruity, less sweet, more soft and fluffy. GGGB is a bowl of apricot preserves and heavy cream sitting on a rustic oat table, or a girl wearing all cream and beige but wearing red lipstick, it feels like the colour cream. Lipstick Fever feels pastel purple, powdery but not in a creamy way. Also, I asked a Sephora employee to open the drawer and there were several JHAG perfumes available to test that were not sold in store, so it doesn't hurt to ask! That's how I got my sniff test on Lipstick Fever!
