I agree with you. Every reader saying wait wait wait, but in REALITY what you need to do is accept that people who love you dont make you wait. They dont place you in a position of feeling unsafe, unsure pf whats happening or what reality is. They dont leave any doubt for you, because they respect you as a person, whether tjat is that theu dont love you, or that they dp love you. They leave no doubt, so that you can move on and npt be stuck in cognitive dissonance. So everyone saying "oh you need to waot even MORE" no. Patience for your own emotions and healing, not for others. For other people you accept that they are not available and may not be available decades from now. Because you cant speed up their process and to put a hold on your life, means to say yes to be half dead. Dont wait. Go out and meet new people, realize what it feels like to be around all kinds and realize the person's behavior was pretty messed up.
