They also have regular incense coils. When I was living in my car that's the kind of incense I used because it was compact and lasted a while. (Lived in car intentionally to buy a house. And the plan worked)
If you prefer a healthy way of chasing mosquitoes, plant five leaved chaste tree in your garden or house. I had one and it is a good mosquito repellent.
It’s awesome how pop culture shapes art and decor. Had this been around in 1994 it would have been seen as grotesque and too unusual for most. Now many people who didn’t even play Pokémon growing up likely still know what this is.
It's definately cute and useable, not sure if i'd call it useful though. The mosquito coil probably works better without being blocked by the shell of Weezing.
@abuhasanhabib6175 Most likely a small internal fan to promote air flow upwards to the holes and keep the coil burning. It's just my assumption, anyway.
When 3d pens showed up after the printer I thought they were a gimmick. Reviews and stuff of them showed people barely able to make stick figures and such with them. It’s cool to see the community come such a long way.
So much of this just blows my mind Even the way they got rid of all the layer lines. Being a very experienced 3D printer I can honestly say how difficult it is to get stuff that smooth once you printed it so amazing
I have always seen these pens advertised and this is the first time I have seen one used in a way that makes some kind of sense..They arent just a novelty! And I also want one. not the pen but the incense holder.
I remember growing up in the Philippines and my grandma always had those coiled mosquito repellent “incense” things shown here; nicely done to use it in that Pokémon (idk his name, but he uses a gas attack). Perfect
Does anyone know why a USB-C . . . _thing_ was added to it? I've watched this a bajillion times and I still can't figure it out! Is there a fan in there or something?
I would say yes. There should be an intake fan below the coil holder. You can see him putting smoke near the hole he created (it's the hole that is at the bottom) and see the suction. This would make smoke goes out of the upper holes and not let smoke getting trapped inside the whole unit.
y'know what? I love these videos because they show some unique ideas, some designs that this product can produce (although this is infinite really!). With this one in particular, it would be really challenging to create the mould to inject the plastic into. Especially without it looking janky and having seams over the body of the piece. So well well done done! (one for each of the jeads on Weezing!)
That's awesome. Though I think a less shiny paint finish would be better so it doesnt show those imperfections. Maybe a chalky finish would be a good fit. I still like it, just my 2 cents.
This is awesome! Very creative idea (that's freakin' genius) and quite a good and clever realisation: props to you bro! I just didn't get what the usb-C is for
