Now insert the needle through the next 3 beads and add an 11/0 bead (this being the tip of the heart), again insert the needle through the next 5 beads and add a 15/0 bead again insert the needle through the next 11/0 bead and add one more 15/0, skip an 11/0 bead and insert the needle into the next 11/0 bead, again add a 15/0 bead and insert the needle through the next 11/0 bead and again add a 15/0 bead now insert the needle through the next 4 beads 11/0.
