I've done markets for years. Even rented a permanent space in an antique mall for a while. Jan and Feb are always slow because people are recovering from Christmas spending. Your next best opportunities are Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. I'm new to crochet but have painted signs, paintings, handmade dolls, florals, wreaths, hand paint flower pots, jewelry, etc. Doesn't really matter what you make. People are just burned out on shopping after the holidays. My best markets are well established seasonal school craft fairs and farmer's markets. I would suggest doing your regular items and adding a few holiday specific items. People love bunnies, chicks, lambs, peeps, bunny gnomes for Easter. Anything floral for Mother's Day. Father's Day is a little harder. Fishing, hunting, camping, tools, motorcycles/cars, fantasy / sci-fi. A lot of people will do Pokémon, Star Wars, or Harry Potter stuff for Dads, but I don't because of copyright infringement. I think your stuff is super cute, and your prices are reasonable. You'll have a better turnout in March-April. 😊

Thanks for keeping me company as I market prep - I stay more focused on my task and get through things quicker with crochet vlogs than I do with tv shows

You should make the cloud in regular acrylic yarn

I like the idea of taking pics of the bunnies in their outfits. You could also put the outfits in their own clear resealable bag with a pic of the bunny on or in the bag wearing the outfit and display them in a basket around the bunnies. Congrats on the pattern testing!

I know this is an older video but if you did want to have clothing available separately you could make like, a little catalogue with pictures of each plushie in each outfit that people could look through so they could choose the outfits that way. Maybe you already thought of this but I figured I'd toss it out there.

Im 25min in, so don't know if you address it later, for the bunny clothes, you could have a laminated "shopping catalog" where the bunnies are 'styling' the items without needing to try them on... or just print out a collaged paper to hang next to the bunnies/clothing rack?
