Idk I never cursing SM because all the staff in SM is a human, there's nothing in the world is perfect, but I guess most of us see and focusing on SM flaws. I got no problem with it, I sometimes also feel upset. But I rather stay in bright side.

We tend to criticize netizen who like to judge people based on rumors or without proof and not realizing we're actually one of them. Nothing is perfect, I believe we as fans are nowhere near perfect too, so I hope we could do a little more self-introspection and focused more on the boys rather than yelling at SM all the time. Im just sharing my opinion because I love both NCT and the company, hope no one gets mad or something
