We find it in India too. Just go to a cloth shop and ask for hoop they Wil give u

Yeah i don't think cutting up my jacket is very practical for embroidering my jacket

Probably, totally. I taught a workshop a few years ago and one of the people helping out at the camp (it was mostly kids! this was a counselor) made a hoop out of like a jar top and just made sure to hold the pieces together pretty tightly. Do it!

It’s just normal fabric I think. Idk the exact title but I embroider and I use any non stretch fabric like denim or similar fabric to a pillowcase
