நான் 2019 1.3 diesel Delta மாடல் பயன்படுத்தி வருகிறேன். இது வரை 108960KM ஓடி உள்ளது. முன்பக்க இரண்டு டயர், Front disc pad இருமுறை மற்றும் Rear break bad ஒரு முறை மாற்றி உள்ளேன். 10000KM ஒரு முறை சர்வீஸ் செலவு சராசரியாக 7500Rs. city mileage 20+, High way milege 22+. இன்று வரை தினமும் 100 km வரை own driving. தற்போது Diesel மாடல் இல்லை என்பது பெரிய குறையே...
I own 1.5Ltr petrol manual. Drive around 20000km as of now. I get around 17.5 in city and highways 20+ . Once i cruised in 55km on highway and got 23.4kmpl.
I was this👌🏼close to getting this car (Ciaz Sport MT for about 13.86 Lakhs) in July 2021. But decided to go with Toyota Glanza V MT (9.22 lakhs finally) as I knew that I not only would be driving my car very rarely but also because Ciaz has a claimed mileage of 15 on highways. I am getting a mileage of 19.1 in my Glanza although I am driving predominantly inside the Chennai City. Odometer reading right now is 11k kms.
Baleno and ciaz are excellent cars. On the sad part build quality is bit compromised. Beautiful thing is birla sir asked questions on these part without getting the sentiments of the owner hurt. 👍🏻👍🏻
I have a Honda City V-MT from 2018. Following are the feedback 1. Sedan comfort for long drives is way better than SUVs. No pain even after non stop long drive from Chennai to Madurai. 2. Honda City maintenance is not very high. I have spent 8-10K on maintenance per year. I have not made any modifications and everything is stock. This helps as maintenance overheads are low. 3. Mileage is 11-12km per liter driving on OMR road traffic. In highways with a steady 80-90 cruising speed it goes 16+ easily. I have even got 20kmpl when driven sedately. The Suspension, overall build quality and Performance of City iVTEC is wayyyyy more than Ciaz. That was the main reason I went for Ciaz over City 👍
Hi, I am using the Honda City from 2008, I never paid more than 10K for service per year when servicing the car with Honda Dealer itself. Only once when I changed the clutch plate I had the spend more than 30K. Otherwise the service bill is less than 10K and also milage is 11 to 12 KMPL
Hello Sir, We are having Ciaz (2017) 1.3 DDIS hybrid model, believe me it has more low end to Top end performance because 1.3Multijet engine was producing 90PS of power and 200NM of torque and it is mated to a Hybrid motor which is more efficient. Ciaz zdi hybrid is the best in diesel segment.
@sivaraman jembu balan You can ask the service centre itself to help you with inside ambient light..I have installed the same from the showroom itself..blue color ambient light..since it is done by the company itself..it will not void warranty...i believe the cost is 1800..you can check once..
Couple of clarification friends.. The mileage and maintanance of the car varies based on multiple factors..such as road conditions of the area where the car is driven, the person who is driving, gear shifting patterns etc.. If your honda city or any car is giving you a better mileage and lower maintanance cost, I am very much happy for you ..enjoy your drive🙂 1) i can see many saying that the maintanance for my city was too high and it would not come that much.. I agree..i enquired with others and i felt that mine was too high and that is reason i went for ciaz..because again going to any other brand will result in same high maintanace for me given the above conditions 2) Mileage ... Again in my area i can hardly shift to 3rd gear max..and i mostly take it only inside city drive and not much for highways and hence i got a very less mileage.. Happy driving 🙂
@@mageshsai yeah, correct..we can even go in cab 😉 Sir, for the amount of petrol and the maintanance that i am spending..the usage is less is what I meant and for that usage..Ciaz is sufficient for me since that will not burn my pockets.. and I will not be needing a car from Honda or VW or Skoda or Hyundai for the level of my usage is what i meant sir.. And also the car that owned was already 10 years and keeping it longer will result in lower resale value in the future..please do not forget that I was the second owner of the City car.. considering all these things I went for a new car.. I agree with this user, mileage is extremely a concern in Honda city…I was getting around 12 km\l… also once after the warranty period is over the maintenance and labour is equal to Skoda …
I purchased Maruti Ciaz Delta model in June 2018. I did learn car driving in this car only and got my license at the age of 59. Though my had obtained her licence in 2011 itself once again learnt driving in this vehicle. Initially we engaged driver for our drive for 8 months only. From March-2019, we have started driving, and so far driven 40,000kms (Driven by drivers around 8000 Kms). When we decided to buy a car in 2018 we don't know anything about any car. We went to showroom and saw Swift, Baleno and last Ciaz and we were much impressed by the boot space, leg space and appearance. Mileage 18km in long drive and 14 kms in City drive and single lane road. Maintenance cost is normal as per experience. The recent service only, recommended to change tyres, which will facilitate wheel balancing. I will get a second opinion and go in for change of tyres. I have express my displeasure, as Birla had not replied to email on my enquiry regarding interior, exterior cleaning of vehicle done by outside agency at home( a video done by him), to share the mobile number of the agency. Till no response from him.
I am in verge of finalizing Ciaz Zeta Manual (White) but worried if the update is in cards of Maruti. It may come with HUD display and other gizmos however it will not be VFM anymore 🙄
If you are into better infotainment and rear camera you need to wait because ciaz infotainment is not advanced even when compared to Baleno after its latest facelift. Suzuki has not upgraded ciaz infotainment at all. Otherwise it's a great car. I purchased it just a month back
City to Ciaz is actually a downgrade. Period! A fourth generation Honda city would have been a better choice at the same price. His repair costs would be almost nil for the next 5-6 years
Ciaz is a good car, but Maruti Suzuki is too arrogant for not providing industry par upgrades, it is high time that the market moves away from Ciaz which is far behind from its peers.
Cost wise affordable for middle class, happy to hear its only 12L on road, its a poorman's Honda City/VW coz I have a Ciaz 2o16 model, high end, verymuch satisfied, as I cannot afford to by Honda

I own a Alpha AT variant. And it's been a real pleasure driving it on all terrains. Have driven it on hills, plains and rugged roads and it has always awed me with its performance. Has got 28 kmpl as the highest and 16 as lowest.

The maintenance cost of city he is talking 35 to 40 is not correct. If its 40 k definitely there would have been major spare change . If its 40 hundred then OK. Rightly even Birlas was surprised. There is a huge difference between Ciaz n City.
Sedan is a Sedan. The comfort it gives, drivability, Zero body roll etv.... The cross overs which is available in India is merely a garbage. Indians cannot decide the car market. 😂😂😂
totally untrue...we're owning a 2010 preowned Honda city which gives us 16-18kmpl on light foot & 14-16kmpl on heavy foot City+Highway combined - 14kmpl Please don't mislead the audience.
Yes Honda City always gives good mileage and driving pleasure, i had 2 maruti vehicles but not satisified like honda, maruti has poor pickup and braking. Honda defently wins the race in this dept.

🙂 it is not zero..and also it is not 5..for adults 4 and for child it is 2 , which is the actual rating..but we have seen cars with better ratings as well get smashed like anything sir.. so it all depends on our time.. But , I agree with you that it is less safer than Honda.. and if you could see the full video, i would have told that we have to compromise one thing or the other.. 🙂

🙂 sir, i did not add fuel or insurance cost sir.. i am glad no one commented that I added the cleaning or washing cost 😉 Mine was a second hand car though it was from my relative, i ended up changing the entire suspension set and all the tyres...in addition i did also changed the brakes and every year, something or the other was broke..for instance the front headlights or the rear ones..ac coolant became dry..or at times rat did its work 🙂 and i hope you know all the spares of Honda is costly and hence the amount sir..but in general for others it was costing them less.. But the car was very good be it engine or clutch..i did not get any problems sir 🙂
maintenance cost what he said is too high......I own Skoda rapid i get the yearly maintenance cost around 15k and rapid is my second car......My first car is ciaz and maintenance cost is around 5k....he said the maintenance is 20k this is too high
I think I got this review user experience in right time because I am looking to book the car which is the Honda city 4G. But, still in little confusion as I don’t have other good choice than opting a city. Any suggestion are appreciated from anyone who would love to give their opinion about city 4G. Birla sir, if you ever get a chance to review Honda city 4G user experience that would be really helpful.
I booked city 4g August month and November delivery City 4g is very good value for money, city 4g v was selling at 13lakhs before city 5g was released.
@anees ahamed Sir, if your usage is more please go for city itself is what I would say...as i have mentioned in the video as well..since my usage was less...the mileage was less and the maintanance too was quite more..but if the usage is more you will get good mileage..you can go for 5th gen itself if budget is not a constraint
35k va adengappa...i think 1st owner has ruined the vehicle by rash driving or something...usually it should be around 15k only and in ciaz it should b below 10k...be alert while giving service don't believe and accept what service person say blindly.
Yes i agree to it, even my friends said who's using 4th gen, they are getting 12 to 13 in city driver and 15 to 16 in highway. 35k i have not heard of such things so far
Sir, i maybe wrong..but that was the information that was given to me by the current users of Ciaz Zeta model and they have been using the car for 2 or 3 years now.. If by any chance you come to know the actual maintanance cost please so let me know as well sir. 🙂
My Brezza ZDi Amt 40K kms(major service) recently was Rs8282. Just checked my bill😅 So I’m thinking your bill should not go beyond Rs12k (Maxxxx). You should be happy as service should be cheaper than you think.. Enjoy your new Ciaz and drive safe!!
