I can't wait to see a real friend of yours who is a boxer .who moves like a boxer and you apply the moves as a real study suggestion with all of us who are eager to use real martial artists examples ...with disrespect to the other martial artist..in this case it would be a boxer... I love your efforts and study material .thank you
This move is fast 💨 and has some great techniques in it. I absolutely love boxing 🥊 it’s probably one of my favorite sports! I got a lot of sparring matches on my channel, I study boxing as well. This move is similar to what Old Boxers would call a “leverage block”. It was used quite predominantly back in the days. So it definitely has some similarities! Thanks 😊 for watching, have a great day!!
Back in my Kung mantis days i would see these forms in kung fu tournemnt while the Wong Fei-hung theme song be playing. Also have the hung gar poster but never knew how interesting the application are.. hehehehe
@@IronWireMartialArts I'm happy to have found your channel. Before discovering it, I came across a Hung Gar impostor on RU-vid who was performing high kicks and poorly executed low Muay Thai kicks claiming it to be Hung gar..
Training happens when hungry, not hungry, tired, anytime is good. Also, you can’t have a gym if you don’t charge membership. I like your play on words though!!
@IronWireMartialArts ..that's all it was, a play on words. I noticed the opening created by the shift lower in stance and even though the straight palm and straight fist could be parried, the lower inside position created better leverage and better options for the defender to attack if necessary.
