Well done St Mirren, the atmosphere looked wonderful. I'm a Celtic fan but love seeing teams outside the status quo getting to enjoy European football.
well done Saints. Great result. Far too often all the hype for the smaller Scottish teams turns to nothing. this was a great night for Scottish Football.
Well done the buddies 👏 great for the club : supporters and all connected with ST Mirren 👍 Hail Hail from celtic Park and the atmosphere was amazing I attended as a neutral but found myself shouting for the buddies well done lads Enjoy European tour
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 i am a Rangers fan but well done ST Mirren as it is great to see Scottish teams getting the job done and maybe progress further wich also helps Scottish football the further our clubs progress in Europe then maybe one day theres not as many qualifications. nice video sam.👌🏻
I have to say Sam this is my favourite football channel on YT by some distance 🙂 thanks for the insights into Scottish Football (and sometimes further afield too). From a lifelong Swansea City fan who remembers St Mirren's Keith Walker playing for us back in the 1990s. Swans legend 🙂
It's a fab stadium of its' size. I was over from Australia last May, and saw Boreham Wood v Yeovil in the English Conference, then up to Scotland for St. Mirren v Hearts in Paisley. Similar stadium designs, and colours - but doubling the size at St. Mirren Park. Even though my favourite Scottish team is Hearts, I was primarily there to see six Australian players representing the two clubs. The fair lady and I were in the main stand, so I kept the Hearts love quiet, haha. Having said that, I can back up what the Value guys said about St. Mirren supporters. Not only did they come across as thoroughly decent, they're intelligent football watchers. I understand that the Paisley area has it's struggles, and cops a bit of grief from outside, but all the St. Mirren fans I met that day were excellent ambassadors for their club.
I'm a rangers fan but this put a smile on my face, comming from paisley....st mirren fans are good eggs...happy for them and hope they keep going and create some shocks.....it was a great game to watch...defo a team on the up!
Lovely fan base, passionate but also freindly, they had some followers coming to Iceland. In English football im a Newcastle fan, i almoust got confused by the kit of StMirren when i saw the back of it 🤣
Brilliant victory for St Mirren, fully deserved and Mark O'Haras goal was a thing of beauty 😍, Congratulations on reaching the Europa conference league 3rd round From us guys in Northern Ireland 🤝🙌
get along to st johnstone v aberdeen on monday night. should be a great night honouring the brilliant geoff brown and a packed out mcdiamid park will be rocking. congrats to st mirren. hope they go far in europe, great video as always!
As a lifelong buddies fan who was at the last game 37 years ago I cannot begin to tell you how great it was to see it happen again last week. A really great wee club, fan owned and doing everything right and properly, never been prouder.
My nephew plays for St Mirren and played last night great video and well done St Mirren used to go to games years ago when I stayed in Paisley and still got plenty of St Mirren supporting pals..great to see them doing well
As a lifelong St.Mirren fan and someone who was at the last European game against Mechelen in 87, you perfectly captured the excitement and anticipation in the run up, the march to the stadium and the energy during the game. I felt like a teenager again last night, sitting with my mates enjoying a fantastic result in Europe. You did us proud Sam! COYS 🏁🐼⚫⚪
Well done fan owned st Mirren on winning this.😮 They won and made progress for Scottish football.😅 nairn st ninian and nairn county in near future would be good.❤ Nairn county are home on Saturday tomorrow to Brechin city. Nairn’s one hundredth season in HighLand League sam and they recently won north of Scotland cup.😊 Well done sam on the editing and uploading this twelve hours after this match. 10:38 respect to them on travelling to sunny Scotland.
Hey Sam, really big fan meeting you in real life 3 times at Clyde games, You’ve inspired me to start making Clyde away day videos so thank you so much for the inspiration and hope to see you soon!
Well done StMirren, cracking performance. I was actually at last Euro game against Mechelin,I bet folk don't realise but Mechelin won cup winners cup that year beating Ajax in final.
I lived in Paisley when Gus McPherson's St Mirren beat Celtic in the cup final and the town was bouncing, really good footballing town and as a Rangers fan I had to join in
The only time we beat Celtic under mcpherson was a 1-0 in the Scottish cup quarter final 2009. We beat them 4-0 in the league the year after and 3-2 in the league cup semi in 2013 both under Danny Lennon if ur maybe thinking of one of them 2?
Hey Sam, you should take a trip over to Dublin next week for the third round of the Conference league. St Patrick’s Athletic v Sabah of Azerbaijan. I was in Vaduz on Thursday to see us progress. A crowd of about 350 Saints travelled over and it was a great atmosphere. We are at Holme next Thursday. Unfortunately we can’t play in our own ground of Richmond Park because of U3FA regs, so we have to move to Shamrock Rovers ground in Tallaght, which I think you’ve bee; to before. Congrats to our fellow Saints.
We keep banging on about no money in Scottish Football, would love a 4th Scottish Club making the Group Stages. For a club like St. Mirren...thats Instantly Doubling their Annual Turnover.
Hi from Italy, the saints really? (i like calling them like this ). Are you sure that they haven't been in a European Championship game for 37 years? I think that even After 1987 they have been a part of other games.
Great little production spoiled by the ridiculous 'Carnage' headline. Do you even know what carnage means? Shame on you for implying deadly violence when you presumably meant something to do with excitement.
Couple of Icelanders getting fucked up on the Beer before the game because they know that it is way cheaper here for a pint than it is for 500ml in Iceland , 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 , Good on them
