just don't eat anything sold in the middle isles of the supermarket. don't trust your doctor, and yeah, the air is definitely polluted, yeah, you're right, we're phucked.
@censorshipagainstthemiddle6198 carbonated water. I put lemon and lime in my soda water it's so good. If I want it sweet, I add erythritol and monk fruit. Better than sprite
My husband drinks multiple sparkling waters a day because he use to drink a lot of soda and replaced it for Bubbly’s. But what is a “good for you” and healthy flavored sparkling water instead?? He hates plain and will only drink something with a little flavor to it. Would love to know and make the switch to something better!
It’s fine. This guy loves to fear monger. There are no studies showing natural flavors are detrimental to your health. This dude is just one of those guys who thinks everything should only have 1 or 2 ingredients and that’s it
Can’t drink water from plastic bottles because of the plastic particles. Can’t drink it from the faucet because of chlorine. Can’t drink it from the creek or pond because of micro organisms. I guess I’ll just drink Coke instead. 😂
Buy soda water & add your choice of fresh squeezed juice, you can make any flavor that's healthy & tastes great. No forever chemicals. We make all kinds,Watermelon, grapefruit, oranges etc.
@yowspisaac6113 I'm not sure which brands have these added chemicals & which don't. I bet theres a few out there without. Best to check the lable. I'm not sure what's put in it to keep it carbonated.. Maybe my suggestion is not possible?
😜 “Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:13-14 KJV
I drink water straight from the tap And also cook from water from the tap… Have my whole life and so has my family. I’m thankful to have access to water everyday. 💦
Tap water is worse because even if you live in a new house with new plumbing, the water travels through nasty rusty pipes with tons of chlorine, etc. In there, look at Flint,MI, etc. Oh yea, Pensacola,FL, etc, you don't ever know the metallic levels in you're tap water.
There is feeling “fine” or “okay” and then there is thriving and feeling great. The tricky thing is, if you’re used to feeling “fine” you likely don’t know how good you could feel if you were doing better for your body. It’s good you’re grateful for what you have but that doesn’t mean you can’t wish things were better, fight for that change and raise awareness of the problem to begin with
@@michaellopez-lq5fnand listening to finance degree Bobby is the way to feel great. Not like all his nutritional knowledge is straight from google to fit his narratives… oh wait.
Spindrift is good quality water with REAL FRUIT and it tastes so amazing. I also have a sodastream I carbonate my water that I filter at home, then I add whatever fruit juice in want to it.
I really wanted to like it and gave it a good long try and different flavors but I had to give up on Spindrift. Way too tart for my taste buds and at times seemed to cause me some stomach upset as well. Switched to unflavored Pellegrino in the glass bottles and very happy with it.
Yes!!! All or nothing isn’t always helpful. Steps are helpful. There’s an influencer called A Little Less Toxic and she has been so helpful for me to not lose my mind.
If you’re trying to ween yourself off of soda, I PROMISE you’ll be ok if the worst thing you’re consuming in your beverage is a natural flavor or essence.
instead of telling us what not to drink. WHy dont you tell us what we should drink. You find 90 percent of the stuff bad well focus on what we should drink!!!!!
When your talking about single digit parts per trillion, I'd be asking questions like what concentration at a certain consumption rate over a period of time would produce any negative health effects? It's not an easy question I realize but it's important for this stuff to be researched so people don't get stressed for something that could be a complete non-issue.
So what is harmful about the chemical used in flavorings(“artificial” or natural). And if those trace elements of forever chemicals are already present in the environment and leeching into our bodies then whats the danger in finding them in water? Mentioning chemicals without any notion of whether they are at levels that are harmful seems to add to the “confusion” here.
I think Spindrift is the healthiest carbonated water. Each can is composed of carbonated water and the juice of whatever the flavor is (lemon juice for lemonade etc)
I love you Bobby, you have made me aware of so many different things companies do. Most of their shenanigans are actually harmful to our bodies but disguised so well.
I was at the store looking for some good seltzer a few days ago, I looked at topo chico and saw natural flavors, I put it away & went with Saratoga sparkling & plain San Pelegrino in glass bottles 👍
For people who used to practically live on Coca-Cola for years drinking sparkling water is an improvement so stop the but picking. It's probably just a dash anyways of "natural flavors". So unless you're going to offer an alternative.....😢
Not the point. The point is that there are companies using harmful ingredients in most food products. Ideally fda usda and the like would serve the people but they’ve been corrupted by the industries they’re supposed to regulate. “Trying to live forever” is a straw man, caring about what we put into our bodies is the steel man. Do you care what’s in your food AT ALL?
I just switched to drinking topo chico instead of soda because i thought it was just water ..... I give up. I'm just gonna start chewing lead like bubble gum and drinking antifreeze instead of water, at least then I'll know for sure what I'm getting in to.
Dude this is exactly what im talking about. Most natural essence is actually usually an oil extraction from the fruit, its freakin' fine. Also if its unflavored then that point is moot. Also apparently pfas are wverywhere so dont even sweat it. You're getting it no matter what.
It’s one of the best you can go for!, literally sparking water & plain squeezed fruit juices! my only concern is it being in the metal cans with the inside plastic liner material, however I’ve not done enough research on wether the metal cans are fine or not (they honestly probably are, I’m just being a conspiracy theorist, I do know that acidic liquids can make chemicals/metals from the can leach into beverage)
@@TheFarmacistou know how he is very vocal about being anti-aspartame? Well the WHO is very likely to declare it a carcinogen within the next month. Looks to me like he’s telling the truth 🤷🏽♂️
Gotta luv the tricks & lies they put on labels to make you think it's good for you. If you don't understand what's on the lable it's likely bad for you. Like-- "Natural essence " almost sounds spiritual 😅
