Since everyone is criticizing the man let me add one more. The should of been a mounting block installed right there. Screwing directly to the siding can cause it to buckle in the future.

Not looking for an argument or anything. But what makes you believe that there isn't any wood he's hitting past the siding? It's quite possible that there's 1/2 in sheathing on the other side through that thin siding.

When u install a nonfreeze out side Tap make sure u slope it towards the outside or it will freeze and split inside the house, it won't leak until u turn it on in the spring because the rubber in the nonfreeze is inside the house❤

Where is his wedge for his frost free valve? Especially when installing on lap siding, what happens is it angles the pipe back into the house and when shut off all the water siphons back into the pipe and freezes and cracks. Next spring you turn it on and it leaks inside the wall cause damage that's not seen until extensive damage is done. I have seen this to many times. Plumbers leave the wedge in the box or throw it away.

Hey brother, nice job, quick and clean. I typically will clean the pipe before I cut it because it is more rigid while sanding and then mark if needed. I prefer emery-cloth over sand cloth due to strength and durability. A quick tip that helps me is that I tear a1 foot long piece of emery-cloth in half, (so it’ll be about 1/2” & so it forms easily around the pipe circumference) then wrap it 360 degrees around the pipe then pull both ends back and forth. Helps in tight spaces where I can’t see the backside clearly. Maybe you’ve already tried that one. I apologize for this being so wordy. A picture truly is worth 1000 words. Does that Milwaukee cutter leave much of an outside burr?
