Great job brother thanks for setting the bar for all true pros so high. I thought I had a good understand of carpet cleaning. Until I saw one of your videos two years ago. Great video rob Don't forget set them up with an encap program (CMP) To keep that carpet looking amazing!!! The majority of our business is Carpet Maintenance Programs (CMP) at this point Commercial glue down carpet is it just printing me money. Thank you for setting such a great example in the industry!

Joe on my job s Unfortunately there is no satisfactory answer to that From 5 cents a square to 30 cents a square Doing maintenance programs is more about having regular income jobs And even more satisfied customers. Things that you can count on every single month I bid the work form100/200 per Tech per hour.

I'm a state vendor who has contracts for daily cleaning and floor maintenance on several buildings. My biggest building is about 40,000 square feet. About half VCT and half carpet, with about 1,000 square feet in ceramic tiles (restrooms). Truck mount is a no go because of closed door policy. Do you make chemicals that are compatible with portable extractors?.
