Ann you don't have to justify your content to anyone🌻If some viewers are complaining about your content they can choose to watch something else. After you move out don't go back to the house if you can avoid it. Compartmentalize what you can until you are in a better place mentally, it will help with the grief🌻
Ann…I was devastated when my high school sweetheart husband left me. I didn’t want to go on. I didn’t handle it as well as you are. However I do believe there is always a reason. The day I asked for a divorce was the day I got my life back. It was the happiest day of my life. I love my freedom! I have boundaries and it will take a lot for a man to even be allowed in my space. I'm very selfish with my time. I love my me time so much. I do so much by myself and love it. I love I don't have to share my space with anyone.

I am at the step of filing. Lawyer is drafting the document. Went through mediation. It’s a lot of feelings. It’s been a year and a half since he left and I didn’t want to file until I was physically ready. He left 6 days before major surgery and I had to get house ready to sell then another surgery. Each time my adult children helped me tremendously. I’m finally ready. Physically. Mentally it’s taking a lot of therapy that I am going through now. I’m 52 and hopefully I will be done before my bday in September. Good luck with everything.

Just wanted to reach out to you. I got a dissolution 2 years ago after almost 40 years with the same person. It does take 2, I know, but he was verbally and mentally abusive. I didn’t know how I was going to make it alone, but I bought my own mobile home, was able to park at my sister and brother in laws land. Now, my dog, cat and I are happier than ever. I am retired, but work part time just to have something to do. It was very overwhelming, but believe me it was so worth it. You got this girl😊❤❤

I wish my daughter would understand what her dad has put me through. Married for almost 40 years. He had job problems, decided to move to another state ,live with my parents and promised me he would move me. Of course he sent me divorce papers in the mail. I found out things he left he has been cheating for years. My son understands what I have gone through. But my daughter does not care. She asked me to move back home with her. I sold my house, put all my things in a storage and living with her until I find something. She and my granddaughter are not nice to me. My ex her Dad lives near her and he call’s everyday, I here her just laughing with him. I hurts me knowing what he has put me through. They are hardly talking to me. I feel like a stranger. Am very sad. I ask if she would like to see a place I thought I would like. All she says is quite asking me so many questions. How do you talk to her without asking questions. I’m very hurt. And my granddaughter follows her with everything my daughter says to me. I can’t talk to her either. I moved 800 miles to be with them and I am lost for words. I wish I never moved
ignore the haters when going thru a divorce it’s like dealing with a death you go thru it at ur own pace and you do what’s best for you . ur starting over and you make a new beginning for urself . i actually went thru one and ended up as a single mom but i did it and it made me a stronger person .

Divorce is hard, but like you said, you will get through it. It's been 23 years for me. I did re-marry 20 years ago. Very happy and so Blessed. I was married 25 years the first time. Two children who at the time were 24 and 20. It was hard on them too. Life did go on. Lot of lessons learned, tears, and now...much happiness. Take care of you. There will be hard days. I walked off, took nothing but my car. I should have wrote a book. Will be praying for you. You're gonna be happy, I just know it. One day at a time.
The fact that people comment on what you are packing as moving into your new home and life is bizarre to me. It’s hard enough that you have to start again, let alone start again without things you need or love. You will get through this nightmare, and you will likely look back and know that it was all for the best. Many of us have walked in your shoes. For me, my life improved dramatically, but I gave myself time - over five years - to get on my feet with my children before I even thought about a new relationship. I found happiness and peace in living a single life with my daughters. My second husband and I have been happily married for 29 years. We both look back at our previous lives as blips in the radar. Quite frankly, I would not change anything that happened in my life because those experiences taught me so much and got me to where I am today. I wish you nothing but the best as you navigate through these difficult times.

I don't know how I came across your channel unless God sent it to me. I'm 75 years old and my son got a divorce 12 years ago. Grief is something we will all have to cope with someday in one form or another. It happened to me when my husband passed away five years ago. I learned how terrible loneliness really is. I am not going through a divorce , but I was left (ghosted and cheated )by my best friend , especially when I was moving to another country , and it has been a really difficult one year for me . As you said , all days are not the same . I am okay I keep myself busy, but sometimes something strikes and I am all over the place crying the whole day and feeling completely lost . I remember just sitting at my desk and zoning out starting at my computer some days during my divorce. The self pity party was strong, and it was ME that filed the divorce! (He was a jerk) but the sadness of a failure and crappy relationship paired with my life not turning out the way I had hoped was what I was truly sad about. Turns out it was the best decision ever!! I am almost 6 yrs post divorce and honestly have never been happier. I’ve gone on ONE date in that time because I feel the same about men. There are some good ones but I’ve yet to meet them 😂 once the exhaustion of the transition is behind you everything will be just great. Can’t wait to see your journey ❤

I have been through 2 divorces but the last one really hurt me and took a lot out of me. Believe me it does get better you will enjoy being by yourself and when the time comes you will meet Mr right!

I went through all of this also. Selling our beautiful home etc.. It felt like there was a death and I guess in a sense there was. Taking off the rings was hard. It felt weird without them sonce I wore them so many years. I joined your channel when I saw the divorce video since I could relate. I just recently found your channel. I just wanted to say that I totally understand where you are at with men. 2 years ago this July I left my ex and he gave me the hardest time trying to take anything of mine or my daughters. I had to hire a constable to go with me to retrieve our belongings. He stalked and harassed me until I finally had to get a PFA. Prior to this about 10 years before I was married and he cheated on me and was abusive. So I am in a place myself right now where I think men suck and I probably will never date again. Now I am completely happy with my life and loving being single. I too am very independent so that’s also why I am happy being single. You too will get through this minor bump in the road.
Also you do not have to justify YOUR channel or what you say or music you use. Some people are either bored or jealous so they sit by themselves and nit pick other peoples lives. Just ignore them and concentrate on the rest of the wonderful subscribers you have 😊

Random question (off topic)… I’m an “old lady” and we were always taught to clean wood with a “polish” like pledge, etc. I notice a lot of younger people cleaning wood furniture with the same cleaner as they do on countertops. Does that dry it out, or is it all the same? Just curious if anyone has an opinion on that. ❤
