*ingredients and **steps:
**take a cooker
*1 kg mutton
*5-6 green chillies
*few curry leaves
*1 tsp salt
*1 tsp garam masala
**mix well
**cover and cook for 2 whistles
**meanwhile, take a pan and add some coconut oil
*4-5 cardamom
*2 bay leaves
*4-5 cloves
*cinnamon sticks
*1 star aneese
*5-6 green chillies
*garlic chopped
*ginger chopped
*onions chopped
*add a little salt
*few curry leaves
**saute until onions are soft and golden brown
*add potatoes diced
**saute for 2 minutes
*add carrots
**add the cooked mutton
*add 1 can of coconut milk (300 ml)
**cover and cook for 10 minutes in medium heat
**open after 10 minutes
*add 1 tsp pepper powder
*1/2 tsp garam masala
**mix well and cook for 2 more minutes
*garnish with curry leaves
Mutton Stew is ready to serve
